Rent This Dumpster

These guys were really great; professional, quick, and friendly. I needed them to remove old sofabed, bed, mattress and box spring. There were only 2 of them but they were very strong and careful (very narrow spaces) and finished the job within an hour. I definitely will call them back. I got a great price with Angie's coupon.

Fantastic company to work with...accommodating, fair price, on time and very professional! We have used them multiple times and look forward to working with them again in the near future.

After purchasing the deal through Angie's list for the rental of a 10 yard dumpster for 2 weeks, I was immediately contacted by DePaolo Disposal to schedule a time to drop off the dumpster. After telling them that I needed a little time to complete some work before having the dumpster delivered, they told me it was no problem and to contact them when I was ready. Approximately a month later, I called them to set up delivery. They were able to deliver with only 24 hours notice. A very professional driver delivered the container the next day, asking and then placing it in a spot that was convenient for me to still use my driveway while it was here. He even put some boards down under the wheels/feet to prevent damage to the driveway (no other dumpster company I've worked with did that). Two weeks later, after having filled the container with some construction debris and misc. household junk from the basement, they called and left a message stating that they'd be over the next day to collect the dumpster. No one was home at the time they came, but we didn't need to be. I put a couple of items in the dumpster that I expect will incur additional dump charges, so my end cost will be slightly more than I've indicated above, but for the two week use and the ease of doing business with DePaolo, I think the entire experience was well worth it.

They were FABULOUS!!! From Crystal in the office handling my reservation to the wonderful workers who came to my home, it was a top notch experience all the way. They packed the truck so I actually used less space than I expected. Excellent value!! It is impossible for me to express my appreciation for this company and highly recommend them to anyone doing a large clean out.

PJ and Patrick were incredibly efficient and professional in completing the job. PJ was also very fair in charging me for overage for the 1/4 truck load that I paid for with Angie's Deal. Would definitely use company and workers again.

...We can't say enough..from first phone contact with Crystal to the work done by J.P. and Patrick....Everyone was polite, professional and so helpful. Crystal helped me pick out the correct size dump vehicle option for less money, called to confirm time and appointment and then called when drivers were going to be a little late due to unexpected delays. Drivers worked for a little over two hours and they worked hard..up and down stairs and never stopped. It was a hot, muggy day and the work was dirty and dusty... When we realized there was still more room in truck J.P. and Patrick patiently continued to load whatever we could find. I can't believe the work that was done for the price....so happy and will definitely use the company again and recommend DePaolo Disposal Inc. to all my friends. AND a special thank you to Crystal, J.P. and Patrick...it was a pleasure doing business with you all..

There was a mixup with the address (not my fault, and not entirely theirs either, it appears Angie's list gave them the address I am moving to, which shouldn't have happened) and they did not end up coming at the scheduled time. After finally connecting with them, they came at the agreed upon time (albeit a few days later) and hauled away everything including my paint cans at no extra charge to make up for the mishap. They were polite and professional at all times.

They were responsive, friendly, and got the job done quickly. They are a good company that tries to salvage what is taken away to give to families in need and/or to keep things out of landfills.

They arrived a little late due to traffic, but were very pleasant and took all of the items that needed to be removed. The original deal was for 1/4 of a truck. When he arrived we had more than that, the deal was expanded and everything was taken. They worked quickly and were very pleasant.

The guys that came were efficient, professional and friendly. They also walked me through everything they did to be certain I was satisfied.

It went very well. Two gentlemen were polite and checked out what they needed to do and got to work. Old washing machine in basement was in tight spot but they had no issues or complaints. They were done loading in 1/2 hour and gone. They did a good job packing up truck and I did not exceed agreed upon 1/4 truck limit.

The movers were great: friendly and helpful. But I had not calculated the measurements they offered. Their actual responsibility gave very little hauling space. I had to call the provider and buy more space. People should be very careful about this.

They were excellent and I can't say enough good things about them. They have been doing this over the year. Every time I am ready to get rid of another junk load and if I saw a deal on Angie's List I called or emailed them. I have two flights of stairs and they were up and down carrying stuff out. They did a good job.

DePaolo Disposal, Inc. has surrounded themselves with workers like JP! This man is the epitome of a hard worker. JP is friendly, personable, and knows his job! This was our final clean out before the walk through for our sale. As an example of their dedication to the company and its customers, we had a glass frame that was cracked and it broke while they were trying to move it. Immediately, they asked for a broom and dustpan to sweep it up and take it away. You just don't get dedication to customer service like this! We highly recommend DePaolo Disposal because of their price, quality, responsiveness, punctuality, professionalism, and people like JP! This company is truly the best! Thank you again! I don't remember the price or date, but it was last year and very reasonably priced. The movers were very friendly and took great care moving these very awkward pieces. I would definitely use them again.

Second time using this company. First time for a dumpster and now for junk removal. They have been great every time. Had them removal a bunch of carboard and a broken wicker table. They were quick, loaded it all up and took it away. Could not have asked for better service!

Everything went as planned. Dumpster was delivered and placed exactly where I wanted it, which was in a tight space in my yard. All staff and workers were friendly and professional. Price quoted was price I paid. No problems at all and will certainly use again.

The 2 guys that came were great. I showed them where everything was and they quickly got to it. They even swept after they were done. I would recommend them to anyone and I would use them again.

I found DePaolo on Angies LIst. The $158 special looked pretty good so I emailed them pictures of what I had to see what would fit in the 1/4 truck special. They were very responsive and indicated that I might exceed the limit. I sent another email with different options and they said OK, it will fit. I compared their prices and service to others online--and with Waste Management who does residential wast disposal in my town. Because of the value I choose DePaolo. I bought the special online. The truck came today. They were a little late, but they called ahead to give me an ETA. JP and his helper showed up and removed the items. No problems. I told them I didn't want them walking on the wet grass and getting the carpet dirty, they were very careful. Exceeded my expectations. Thank-you.

It went fantastic. In two hours they did what I been agonizing about for 3 years. They were professional, friendly, determined to get the job done no matter what got in there way. The amount of junk they pulled out of the cellar surprised even me. I may actually be able to find my tools! I would have this crew back in a minute if i had work that fit their job. Great people.

The two guys from the junk removal company (I'm sorry I forgot their names!) arrived on time and were polite, professional and went right to work. I had lots of stuff to get rid of from the first floor, second floor, yard and shed (some of it pretty disgusting) and these guys were great and very careful removing the junk so as not to harm my walls, etc. I was very pleased by their professionalism and attention to detail. I would hire this company again in a heartbeat.
