Description of Work: Called night before and said truck was broke down; not sure whether to believe or not but cannot wait as I need to move all items from my home on that day so could not continue service request with them.

Description of Work: Fantastic experience. A lot of junk needed to be cleared out and they did it in record time. They showed up right on time, were friendly and professional and made everything easy. They also were able to accommodate our schedule and we didn't have to wait long at all for an appointment. We have used them twice since the first time, and each time they have been wonderful.

Description of Work: Junk disposal -- lots of it! Lifted heavy boxes as if they were made of tissue! Very professional, courteous, pleasant, prompt.

Description of Work: I had to pay an extra $120. I had already paid for the service through ANgies list. They looked at what I had and said everything would fit within what I paid for and all of a sudden I was over! The truck could have been packed better, I could have been told BEFORE they loaded that I was over or going over, the opposite happened. I still have not received my receipt even after calling the company 4 weeks later and was told that I would receive a call and a receipt.

Description of Work: Once they took what we had pointed out what we wanted taken, they took it, no questions asked and no assistance needed from us. It couldn't have been easier. We used over the 1/8th of a truck in the deal, but they subtracted that from the total, so we were very happy. They were on time and quick.

Description of Work: Removal of trash and collected goods from my cellar. They arrived before time and quickly handled the removal of said mentioned articles. They were very professional and polite. I would definitely use this company again.

Description of Work: Very nice people to deal with, responsive to emails. The movers were friendly, professional and fast. The move was for 3 yards of junk hauling, and I did not know what that meant. Once all of the stuff was loaded in the truck, I was presented with a large bill because we had gone over our size limit. I would liked to have known that ahead of time. The movers did bring the bill down, but it ended up costing much more than the $89 I thought it would be.
