Rent This Dumpster

went fine, no complaints. About $1,700 for 3 large truck loads and 2 men for 6+ hours

They did not provide service to the Cranston, RI area, so they refunded my money.

Great they placed dumpster in the right place at the right time

They did a great job. They hauled away all of the construction debris that I held in a bagster, as well as sweeping the driveway when finished.

They got there on time, between 10 and 10:30. They showed up with 2 trucks and 3 guys, they were supposed to come with 1 truck and 2 guys. When I went to the site to check in with my project manager, they said they had already taken one truck load and they had another that was already part way full, I asked them to take some furniture as well. They had borrowed my tools, i told them what they could take and what to leave. The men made a pile to sell scrap medal. The company needed to call for the credit card to charge the account, and I asked about the coupon and was assured that Krystal would handle it. I asked for the total, he said 1,790. I was previously told it would be 590. He said the charge was for the extra truck and man which I did not ask for or approve. I only told them to do what they could with that load. Krystal was absolutely nasty with me. She was condescending and used vulgar language. She repeatedly asked for my credit card and code and gave no apology. She and her boss were willing to lower the price to 1092. The additions were never approved with me and I told them they could just drop it all back off but I do not want to pay it. In the end I ended up paying to get out of the situation. I asked for an invoice and have yet to receive it.

Great! Scheduled pickup for next day. very responsive emails. Workers were both courteous and polite. Also, it seems like the sizing guidelines on their website are conservative (in customer's favor). They loading things to make efficiently use the space. I was surprised how much we fit into 1/2 truckload.

They were very professional from customer service on the phone to drop off and pick up. Depaolo was accommodating to the time I need the dumpster. The drop off and pick up of the Dumpster was prompt. I highly recommend them again and will use them in the future for any other home improvement projects.

DePaolo was great - I highly recommend them. Very friendly both online and on the phone - they quickly scheduled my junk hauling/removal asked me for details, called me the same day to let me know the truck would be 15 minutes late (on the nose). The workers were friendly and quick. I had purchased a deal for 1/4 truck and in reading the previous reviews I was expecting that they might end up needing more that that amount of space and it would have cost me more. But they packed it in real good and didn't charge me anything extra. Great service and responsiveness.

I contacted DePaulo on Tuesday, and they were able to have a dumpster at my house the next day. I filled it for two weeks, and then the came and removed it. They placed the dumpster exactly where I asked them to, picked it up on time, without damaging the lawn or the driveway. I plan to contact them again in the spring for another rental.

Timely, professional and thorough. It did cost $125 more than I had purchased on an Angie's deal, as it took up more space on their truck then I had anticipated. I can't recall but think the Angie's deal was originally $100.

The vendor arrived early and promptly went to work. He explained the amount of service we were getting (1/4 of his truck) for a set fee of $158. Whereas I thought the size was a bit small, it was good relative to other disposal vendors. We did in fact go to the 1/2 way mark and had to pay extra, roughly the same as the 1/4 which is what I had hoped for (e.g,, not a "come-on" price, only to be excessively ripped off by the 'usual high price' as soon as you go over the agreed amount). Both workers were professional, courteous and efficient. They packed the truck in a organized way to fit as much as possible. They could have explained a bit more on household electronics (e.g., cost of TV, microwave, VCR, etc.)

We have used DePaolo several times, and they are always prompt and professional. We are always very satisfied with ther work, and their staff is friendly.

I bought a big deal for this service. My understanding when I scheduled that and bought the coupon was that they would take the amount for the coupon, but then if there was more junk to remove I could pay the difference. That was not the case because they couldn't spend any more time there because they had the next appointment that they had to get to. So they only took the size that was in the coupon. They told me to buy the coupon again and that they would come back and take the rest of it on the next coupon. When I tried to do that I realized you could only buy the coupon once so I never called them back. They did good and did what they were supposed to do, but there was a little miscommunication there. When I originally scheduled they were good. I purchased the deal and scheduled it with them right away.

Couch is gone. They did a great job and were really nice.
