Rent This Dumpster

It went very well. They were punctual and carried out the work very efficiently. Very nice to work with the two crew members who were very courteous as well. I would use this service again!

Showed up (a little late due to traffic accident), empty truck, two strong, personable guys, loaded up my stuff as requested, probably slightly more than I paid for, and took it away. What more could I want?

This company is great. Two men arrived on time (early actually) and very quickly loaded up the truck with assorted junk from my garage. They were very personable and professional. They also helped me figure out how much of the truck I would need and how much it would cost, thereby allowing me to decide which items to save for another time. I recommend them strongly.

Was supposed to perform service under the $89 deal. The provider claimed that the items were more than the deal covered. Also... the provider claimed that there were limitations as to what were allowed to be carried. We bought service for a higher amount and still had the drive-way torn up very badly.

They were great. The men took a very unwieldy basketball hoop and a wet pool cover. They were good-natured about it. They cleaned up completely, and quite a bit of trash fit in the space required by the deal. I will definitely use them again.

After a rocky start the experience ended up turning out very well. When the dumpster arrived we thought it would be way too small for the project and immediately regretted our decision. A quick call to their office and although they didn't have a larger dumpster available they offered to pick up and bring another smaller one for the same cost as a 30 yard would have been if we had ordered the right size initially. Great customer service! It turns out we didn't need to go that route and fit everything into the first dumpster but it was a relief to know they would work with us to keep the overall cost down.

Two guys showed up, and were very quick about loading up the small amount of wood scrap, and miscellaneous junk that needed removal. I tried to help out and they politely declined, saying it was their job to take care of. They left everything clean and tidy. They also left a shovel behind. I phoned to let them know, but no one got back to me. Guys, I still have it here, come on by!

They were prompt in setting up the appointment, and scheduled that very weekend. Prompt arriving and spent a lot of time trying to make all I had for them to remove fit into the space designated for the Angie's list price so i wouldn't have to pay extra. They took pretty much everything. They were unfailingly polite and I had forgotten that I prepaid - the guy checked back with the office to make sure as he didn't want to double charge me. My neighbor was so impressed that she took their card for a later pickup at her house! The price was right, the service was prompt, the guys were pleasant, professional and careful. I would absolutely recommend them.

Two very pleasant gentleman arrived in a shiny new truck right at the scheduled time and efficiently collected and packed their truck with the belongings I was discarding. It could not have been easier, and the price, a Big Deal ,was very reasonable. I would gladly use their services again.

I have never rented a dumpster before, so was not sure what to expect. I had read reviews of dumpster rental services, and there were lots of complaints, which helped me to me manage my expectations. DePaolo was great from beginning to end. Crystal took my order and was very helpful/friendly. They delivered it when they said they would and picked it up when they said they would. Very friendly, helpful, nice people. Cleaned out my garage and storage space using a medium sized dumpster. Highly recommend, would definitely use again!

The entire process went smoothly. It was very easy to schedule despite the fact that i failed to return an early email from them. The men who arrived to do the job were extremely pleasant. They had to shovel up a bunch of concrete rubble in light rain, and I think they may still have hauled away a little more than my allotted load. I would definitely call them again.

We had a garage full of junk and yard waste. The guys were friendly and competent. They cleaned up after themselves. And even took a little extra because they were a few minutes late. Would definitely recommend them. They filled every inch of the space we paid for very quickly and efficiently. A+

Everything went exceedingly well with this deal. I received a call from Crystal the same day I reserved the deal. She explained in great detail exactly how the removal service works, which was very helpful as we'd never used such a service before. She advised me up front of anything that could potentially add expense to the service so I could take my time to decide if I wanted their help with certain items. The two man team who came to help were super - both were very courteous and friendly. They arrived on time, with a phone call to let us know they were on their way. They were also incredibly strong and had everything packed in the truck in no time at all. I would highly recommend this service and will use them again for sure.

The company was responsive and prompt. When I forgot the initial day they were to arrive, they easily rescheduled and were happy to do so. On the day of services, the men were prompt, professional and efficient. They were also pleasant and knowledgeable. We would definitely utilize their services again.

The big deal was not much of a deal really Buying space for the equivalent of a washer-drier in a truck is not a very large load for even the discounted price. Ended up paying more to get everything I needed hauled away anyway, which I am sure is good for DePaulo company but not what I thought when I first ordered the deal. Service people were all fine, it just felt like ad was a bit misleading

It was through a Big Deal special. The price seemed right for what I was wanting removed. The process was very efficient, from their first email to my conversations with Crystal six weeks later when we picked date and time. The truck arrived on time, the movers were two young men; polite, professional and helpful. They took away two wood doors (up the cellar stairs and out the bulkhead), as well as some other no longer wanted stuff. It was a good amount of junk I got removed for a decent price. Nice people to deal with.

Service is good, staff is courteous, EXCEPT driver made wrong judgment at a tight driveway, hit my house and damage a piece of wood trim. Also scraped truck wheels against stone wall. They were courteous and helped repair the damage.

This service was GREAT. Crystal was easy to contact for scheduling, they had no limitations on when they could come, and I even rescheduled fairly last minute and they were very accommodating. William and JP came with the truck exactly on time. The were so friendly and professional. I had a garage full of old sofa, stereo and exercise equipment, dressers, TVs, printers, all broken and too old to use. I carried nothing, they did all the work, loaded several things out of the upstairs bedrooms also. They were in and out in 20 minutes. They were also very transparent with pricing. A great deal and I will definitely use them again and recommend them to others. Based in Bridgewater.
