AWESOME! We kept playing phone tag but Anthony kept trying. Finally, it was a bit last minute...I had moved out and left the trash and leftover items! He was so accommodating...understood situation...had his guys there next day. They arrived 10 mins before schedule...took a look at my pile and got to work...non-stop...finished so fast! They were polite, funny and hard-working even in the 90+ heat that day. Definitely will use them again and recommend...get these guys! they are awesome! Thanks again for a job well done...and saving me last minute.

These guys were awesome. The owner was very pleasant to talk with over the phone and was extremely responsive. The 2 guys that showed up the day of worked their butts off and were very fair and transparent. The job gets charged based on how full the truck was - the driver explained that up front and they spend extra time to make sure they broke down the materials so they could stack them well and use the truck space efficiently. Moreover, the guys were very friendly and professional despite the fact that they were picking up other people's junk all day. I'd highly recommend them.

They came on time, went right to work, kept right at it until everything was gone and then swept up my driveway. Plus, they gave me a great price. I'd recommend these guys anytime.

Employees arrived on time and were friendly, professional and on task for the two hours it took to clean out my garage. They were respectful of my property and they took pride in their job. The company was organized and professional in all communications. Job very well done.

The appointment was for 7am, but they called and said they were running late. This was fine because they called well before they were supposed to arrive and when they did arrive, it was in the new time frame they gave me, only about an hour later. The two guys who came were very professional and quick! They removed all of the old plywood and junk that the previous owners of the house had thrown into the back corner of the yard (we just moved in two monts ago). Everything fit in the 1/8th of a truck, the size we purchased with the deal. And when i asked about a larger wooden table that we wanted removed, they told me it would put us over the space and cost extra, but didn't insist on taking it, letting me make the choice of whether or not i wanted to pay for the extra space. I opted not to, and that was fine. I would definietly use DePaolo again for hauling and even maybe for yard cleanup. They were very professional and curtious and i would recommend them highly!

DePaolo was fantastic! We ordered a dumpster for a demo project we are working on in Kingston, MA The dumpster arrived at the exact day and time as promised! The driver placed the dumpster perfectly in the driveway. The empty dumpster was clean… I called for pickup a few weeks later and they picked it up and left no marks in the driveway. DePaolo was fantastic to deal with and would use them again…..

It went awesome. Guys were professional, fast, super strong and best of all figured out how to get giant items out small doorways with no damage. Highly recommend!

They arrived a little late but were very polite and helpful. They were thorough in the debris removal and even shoveled up the small bits left behind. They were courteous and friendly. I will call again and would recommend to others.

PJ and Dwayne did an excellent job, taking care as they removed items from the house. Several very large and heavy items, as well as miscellaneous junk removed. Very professional and friendly.

The provider showed up on July 4th right on time. Both gentlemen were professional and did a good job. It started pouring and they continued right on working. They got soaked. They took away a little more junk then I had contracted for and didn't charge me extra. Overall, they did an excellent job and I would definitely use them again.

I purchase the $89 junk removal deal here. Crystal reached out to me almost immediately to inquire about the project and to schedule a day for pickup. The guys were very courteous and punctual. They actually showed up about 20 minutes early. JP explained to me how the system worked...how much truck space was included for the $89 deal and how much it would cost to go over. I had a ton of rocks and fencing material so I inevitably purchased more space, but each time the filled to capacity JP would let me know and ask if I'd like to keep filling. In other words, there weren't any surprises with the bill. i would highly recommend these guys. They did a great job!
