They were excellent. I think the deal was $89 for an 8th of the truck or whatever and I winded up packing the whole truck. All I had to do was point out every item I wanted taken out. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

It was fine. They added 92 more dollars. I thought they were really good and very professional. They were really just nice people.

Good. The desk was quite heavy and hard to maneuver, but they managed to get it and the entertainment unit (also heavier, but easier to hold onto) down and out. This make some marks on the wall when carrying the desk, but I was able to get them off and told them not to worry about it.

I think it worked out fine. They did everything they were supposed to do. I think it was fine. I think they charged me for tearing up a swing set. I don't remember any issues. If necessary, I wouldn't have a problem using them again.

They were good. It cost me what they said it would. I didn't spend anything extra.

They're great. Very friendly and efficient. They did a great job packing everything in super tight so I got charged less (it's based on how much of the truck is filled).

The two people who did the work were the nicest people I have met in quite a while. They were efficient, and very apologetic for being late due to traffic. I would use this service again.

The guys were great. Professional, friendly and polite. They took exactly the stuff I wanted them to and did not try to up-sell me (which I was worried about since my daughter had this issue with a different vendor). I would recommend these folks again

GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!! Needed a dumpster for 24 hours to get rid of moving boxes. They cropped the dumpster off on a Fri and picked it up early on a Sat. Exactly what we needed and on short notice. We called the day before we needed it and they were able to get it done!

Went very well and they cleaned the area up from where the junk was. I would highly recommend them and use them again.

From start to finish communication was there, which is key. I was made aware of all extras that maybe needed and scheduling. Once we figured out what exactly I needed for my clean it, it was easy to get the job done. They helped moved a couple of items out of the house and double checked on items that I wanted to get rid of. They men were very professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable about the whole process.

DePaolo Disposal has been fabulous. I started with the $89 deal to haul stuff away, and have followed with three dumpster deliveries and pick ups. They return calls quickly, arrive when scheduled and their drivers are great. I highly recommend them.

The guys were very courteous, patient and professional. They worked diligently and got the job done quickly. It was difficult to estimate how much trash the coupon was good for. This is not a negative for the company, just something to consider when you are having junk hauled. For example, we had twice as much as what was covered by the coupon. We still got the benefit of the discount.

The service provider was prompt to reply to my request for an appointment. Conveniently, his crew was in my neighborhood and was able to fit me in the very day that I called! The crew was on time and very polite. They were considerate of my landscaping when parking their vehicle and removed the items quickly and efficiently. I would definitely use this company again.

The two workers arrived on time. Two young men, very polite and professional. They took everything I pointed at from the basement, the back yard, the porch. They struggled a bit getting a dryer out a narrow doorway, but they persevered. The driver/truck loader was very efficient and worked to get the load within the 1/8 truck size that was the purchased deal. He had been upfront telling me that if it was larger than the 1/8 truck that there would be additional charges, and what those charges would be. I would definitely call them again!

We purchased a Big Deal for 1/8 of a truckload. When I spoke to them I told them we definitely had more than 1/8 and he said that was no problem. The deal was $89 for $158 worth of junk removal so he said they would take $158 off whatever the ultimate total was. When the guys showed up (on time, early even) they were very professional. I showed them the pile of stuff--all yard waste--and the guy said that he was very good at squishing down the branches and could keep the truck load to only half and confirmed the price with me. He managed to get everything in there. They worked very hard and very quick. Will definitely hire them again.
