+ -1 moreEverything went very smoothly. Workers were on time, very courteous and professional. They kept me informed of their progress. Job took 2 days to complete. Workers cleaned up the area. When the installation was complete they made sure inspector came and approved work. Before leaving, they gave complete overview of system and instructions on use. This is a great company to deal with and will continue to use for any HVAC needs.

+ -1 moreMy heat was not working and I called Pierce. They sent someone out the next day and determined the cause of the problem and fixed it. The tested the heat to make sure everything was working properly. Very pleased with their professionalism and ability to fix the problem. Service men were very polite.

+ -1 moreThe tech came to my house for initial diagnosis and stated he was at my home for 1.5 hours and was only in my home for 20 mins tops and sat in truck in driveway for 20 mins. before leaving he told me his boss was looking into the part I needed and went out to his truck. Came back to door and said they were ordering part for priority shipping and would not have till next day. Day 2,, Next day part came, called back Piece and asked the price of the installation said $300-$500 dollars I was beside myself as that range didn't seem fair. Tech was not even in my home only 20 mins. I will never use this company again as my part was covered under warranty but the tech is dishonest in his billing of time spent at my house on the job.
Description of Work: I shut off the electricity to my carrier furnace and when I turned it back on it would not fire up. Why that would cause me to need a whole new motor is beyond my comprehension? After I diagnosed the error code 42 and saw water in basement I cleaned up because the compressor was not pumping water properly due to the previous installation that was done by pierce 3 yrs ago and they kinked the hose line, totally their fault. I Had this furnace for 3yrs only. Needed according to tech a new motor and told was covered under limited warranty but had to special order and ship overnight.
