Terrible work. Christopher is a sociopath. Lied to. Robbed. Dishonest. Taken for 30k. Never use. I'll update with more details. I am not alone in this traumatic experience, other customers as well - check out Yelp and Google. Sadly I found this horrific company on this site. Chris - enjoy your $30K! I am still in shock and I am now paying to fix their mistakes. They are the ultimate con artists. I can't believe I was taken again by a company. Watch out for Christopher, the ultimate con artist, Fred and Dave if those are their names. They have Irish accents. I am ashamed being a lawyer. I should have known better. Left soil all untampered. Left a window without a window well! Contract was never signed. Just a vague statement of work. They tried to get us to pay 10K more and then 8K for each wall. They never told me the front walk way would be destroyed. Such evil, wicked people. We brought them water and snacks. They used our tools and destroyed our property. Mud and stucco on our generator, exterior house and more. They used our benches for their wheelbarrows which they promised to replace but never did. The migrant workers made a makeshift tent for themselves using my stuff, my S hooks and conveniently my gutter. Now I have spent $664 for new widow well and soil to be tampered down. Now I have SINK HOLES around my house and that will cost 4-5K. When will it end? Their supposed address is: Global Home Improvements LLC Building Contractors 234 Littleton Rd, Westford, MA 01886-3596 BBB Rating: NR not BBB accredited Of course they are not accredited or rated on BBB!! They offered me and my spouse whiskey. We refused. They had shots and proceeded with work. They befriended my 9 year old saying they promised him a gift. What grifters, manipulators and the worst of humanity preying upon other humans. As of 10/1/24, paid 5K to fix the sinkholes they left. The Attorney General is involved.

I hired Chris to replace my steps They did an amazing job. They kept me updated the whole way through start to finish. Iâ m absolutely amazed with the outcome. I would like to say a huge thank you to Chris and his team. I would definitely recommend to friends family and many more.

I hired Christopher and his team and they did not disappoint! My concrete foundation was leaking, he came and assessed the problem was very honest and most of all fairly priced. I can say that my basement is no longer leaking and I am ecstatic. I would highly recommend this company! If you want hard working, honest and reliable contractors these are your guys.
