I was very impressed with all the work done. They did a good job and I would use them in the future.

It is a superlative company. They deserve to be on the page of happiness because of their quick response and long time service. I liked they install a fiberglass tub over the porcelain tub. It is a form of remodeling the bathtub. In 2002 they installed the overlay over the original tub. The caulking here the tub met the wall began getting moldy.We thought we would try a to re-caulk it ourselves. We used a product to remove the caulking that did not work. We got water underneath the vinyl tub that they installed, so we were unable to take a shower. They were able to drained the water and get it fixed. They cleaned up nicely.

Completion of the service took over a month. Dispite multipile complaints via calls to the company...it was not until a lawsuit was threaten that someone was sent to finish the job. Customer service was sub-par in my request for help.

I had contacted another provider who was not able to come out on time. Moreover, they were to have different sub contractors come in to do the job, whereas there was only one person who came from Bath Fitter. My overall experience with them was fairly good. I thought that the presentation was a little bit too long. I never really saw the plumbing hardware; I just saw pictures, even though everything turned out fine. I felt like I got what I paid for. They came when they said they would and they got finished on time too. I would probably use them again.

We were very satisfied and we're happy with their work.

I like the tub that was installed. The problem we had was that a pipe went through our ceiling and the company has still not fixed it. Make sure that you do not pay them in full until the job is done to your satisfaction.

PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. THEY DID THE WORK ORIGINALLY AND ARE THE BEST. THEY ARE WONDERFUL.

I spoke with Carol Savas and she had Heather call me back to get me scheduled and she was just wonderful in getting us scheduled quickly. They showed up 5 minutes before they were scheduled to arrive. They give you a choice of shower curtain rods, always go with the curved chrome rod ($90), it last much longer and is of a better quality. It is well worth the extra money.

SCHEDULING AN ESTIMATE WAS QUICK AND EASY. JOHN, THE ESTIMATOR, CAME BACK TO PICK UP THE DEPOSIT AND SIGN THE AGREEMENT. IT TOOK ABOUT 2 WEEKS FOR THE WALL TO BE READY AND THEY WERE VERY FLEXIBLE IN SCHEDULING THE INSTALLATION. IT TOOK ABOUT 3 1/2 HOURS FOR THE WORKMAN TO COMPLETE THE WALL REPAIRS AND INSTALL THE NEW WALL. HIS WORK WAS VERY SLOPPY. HE LEFT BLACK GLUE AROUND THE TOP OF THE TUB AND THE CAULKING WAS ALL OVER THE PLACE. VERY MESSY. I CALLED BACK AND THEY SCHEDULED A TIME FOR SOMEONE TO COME OUT AND CLEAN IT UP. THIS DIFFERENT WORKMAN SPENT MORE THAN 2 HOURS REMOVING AND REPLACING ALL OF THE CAULKING AND HE CLEANED UP THE EXTRA GLUE. IT LOOKS SO MUCH BETTER NOW. IF THEY HAD ONLY DONE IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME.

OFFICE SENT OUT A SALESPERSON VERY QUICKLY, AND THEY INSTALLED THE UNIT WITHIN A COUPLE WEEKS. SENT ONE INSTALLER, SO IT TOOK MOST OF THE DAY. CHIPPED MY HALLWAY PAINT GETTING IT UPSTAIRS, BUT OTHERWISE NO PROBLEMS.

WE HAD TWO MINOR PROBLEMS THAT WERE IMMEDIATELY TAKEN CARE OF.

THEY CAME ON TIME BUT WE DECIDED WE DID NOT WANT TO SPEND THAT MUCH MONEY. I DID NOT LIKE THE FACT AFTER WE SAID NO THEY KEPT CALLING SEVERAL TIMES.

GOOD WORK, INSTALLERS WERE GREAT AND PROFESSIONAL, SECRETARY WAS A BIT DIFFICULT TO GET BY.

VERY PROMPT IN TAKING INITIAL ORDER, BUT TAKES OVER 2 MONTHS TO GET THE PRODUCT. TWO OF THE THREE INSTALLATIONS WENT SMOOTHLY, BUT ON THE THIRD WRONG MEASUREMENTS WERE INITIALLY TAKEN AND THE UNIT DID NOT FIT. A NEW ONE WAS ORDERED BUT HAD TO WAIT AN ADDITIONAL 10 DAYS. I WAS GIVEN A DISCOUNT FOR THE INCONVENIENCE ONLY AFTER I ASKED FOR IT.

THE BATH FITTER INSTALLER WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO DO AN EXCELLENT JOB.

THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND DID A GOOD JOB, BUT THERE IS A LAG TIME FROM THE TIME THEY COME AND MEASURE UNTIL THEY ACTUALLY GET OUT AND DO THE WORK. OTHER THAN THAT, IT WAS GREAT!

BOTH SALESMAN AND INSTALLER WERE COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL, AND RESPONSIVE. PHONE CALLS RETURNED PROMPTLY, PHONE STAFF REASONABLY HELPFUL. JOB ITSELF WAS DONE WELL AND QUICKLY.
