This was for my annual maintenance of my home unit [not an option to choose earlier for this survey]. The orig appt needed to be moved and they were super about getting it in shortly thereafter. The tech showed up promptly, worked quickly yet thoroughly. Happy with the experience.

Tech Austin was sent to diagnose problem. He was on time and professional and quickly diagnosed the problem. Returned 3 days later to install new part and explain what happened. I have been doing business with ARS for 25 years and have always been satisfied. The office staff and technicians are efficient, professional,friendly and answer questions satisfactorely.

Anthony B. Did my spring tuneup for my Air Conditioner. Fast and polite. My three dogs liked him too. Technician Austin came to perform a chemical spray wash for my outside unit. Professional and courteous.

I was promised in writing that I would receive $1225 for a rebate from Home Depot, then the day of the installation I was told it was a mistake and they would take 200 less on check and a free tune up, so that left $825 on the rebate , which I only received $650 and cant get any info from Corey on why I am not getting the rebate as promised

Jamie was our sales rep, he was awesome setting everything up. Chris and Tyler did the install and they were fantastic! Finish in 1 day, cleaned up everything, walked us through everything, we are so happy with our new central air!

The repairman came during the pandemic with his mask and gloves etc. He introduced himself and was extremely polite. He was very conscious of the fact I am a senior citizen and susceptible to the virus. Everything he did he checked with me first to be sure I was comfortable with it. Very pleased!!

The technician was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He took time to explain things to me about the furnace. I felt comfortable that I could trust the technician and the company. Their customer service folks were also great to deal with.

We have been using ARS since 1993 and we have always been very satisfied with their work and professionalism. Recently we had a new furnace and air-conditioning unit installed by them after our old one broke down. The technicians arrived very promptly and worked from the moment they arrived until around 5:30 PM. They remained with us and explained everything to us very professionally and patiently. This was a lot of help to us especially with their explanation of our new thermostat , The Nest. My husband and I are not very tech savvy people so this was above and beyond what we expected from the technicians. We will continue to use ARS for future service calls and we hope others will do so also.

Very professional, neat, clean, and, most of all, courteous. ARS installed and explained all that was and was done. I was taken aside and shown how the unit operates and assured if there were any problems or questions I could call at any time. Need I say, I am delighted with the excellent work done.

We have used ARS for over 19 years and have always been very pleased with their promptness and professionalism. They recently removed our old heating, AC system and installed new ones. The technicians arrived promptly and stayed the entire day to make sure everything was working. The technicians were very patient in explaining everything to us, especially our new Nest thermostat which was great for us as we are not tech savvy. We highly recommend ARS!
