They were commutative till the job was done and paid for but now I get no response to three tries of getting my problem resolved ! In this category VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !

Another contractor wanted $6000 to replace the system: "Couldn't be repaired.: These guys replaced one part for $600.00 in a day. Can't beat that.

Our 30 year old oil converted to gas boiler died completely sometime early Saturday morning. ARS was able to get someone to our house by noon on Saturday to look at it, and completely replaced by Monday. There was quite a bit of work to do, and the two techs worked until 10pm on Monday night to ensure we would have heat on one of the coldest nights of the year. My husband and I can't thank them enough. We can't wait to see our next gas bill, as our old boiler was running at 50% and the new one is running at over 95% efficiency!

Aaron S. was my technician and he was awesome. After initial furnace inspection, a repair part had to be ordered. Aaron came back out, installed the part and, only minutes after he left, a small problem developed. I called ARS and they notified Aaron immediately. When he finished the other job he went to after mine, he came back (in a snow storm) and stayed until the problem was fixed. I would highly recommend ARS.

Rep arrived promptly when expected, was able to clearly explain the issue and proposed resolution (compressor issue). Raised the potential for the same issue to arise on the other AC unit, without being pushy, and we agreed that it should be preemptively repaired. Would recommend.

Initial rep was excellent. Very thorough and kept my goals in mind without going over budget. They showed up when expected and finished the job in a timely manner. Pleased with the outcome.

They responded to my request for service timely. The serviceman arrived within the timeframe provided, explained the process and answered any questions I had. The serviceman was very professional. Since it was my first call for any type of maintenance for the Central A/C, I found the service price a little on the high side, but it might have been a normal charge.

They were quick to reply, very professional and courteous. I have not needed to repair my A/C unit yet and had no idea of the cost, so it was a bit more than expected, but overall they did a great job.

I hired ARS to fix our air conditioning unit. They made it out within a few hours today (a Sunday), quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem, then helped with some routine maintenance that was overdue as well and above and beyond what I had asked for. Chris T, the service specialist who came, was courteous, knowledgeable, thorough and very patient with all of our questions. It was a great experience, and I'm planning to add a service contract with ARS next spring. Highly recommended.

They were a little high on price but they showed up on time, did the work quickly and cleanly and were pleasant to deal with. For me, it was well worth the money and I would call on them again.

I was very pleased with the efficiency and size of the crew that installed our Lennox central air conditioning system. The whole process took two days, of which the first day was Saturday, which was very important being self employed I only lost one day of work on Monday. The quality of the Lennox system is state of the art which was important to us.

Very quick response time. Technician was very friendly and knowledgable. He spent more time than I'm sure he had answering questions about our boiler system. We are first time home buyers and appreciated all of the information he shared with us.
