Tip Top roofing is just a great company. From the beginning we were in contact with Steve, who knows all the details of the residential roofing projects. Not only Steve is doing all project preparation works and cost estimate, he has also a friendly easy going personality. Just to give one example - when Steve visited our house for the very first time we clearly stated that we looking at a number of contractors. Steve inspected our roof and offered to put a temporally cover for the area where we had missing shingles. All the time Steve was able to adjust his schedule to our availability and redrafted the offer to meet our specific needs, requirements and expectations. Steve also knows how to act as a wise technical adviser, he share with us his knowledge of materials, entire business process of roof removal, waste collection and nailing new materials. TipTop roofing crew was on site exactly on the day and time that was convenient for us and that we agreed in advance. Their vendors delivered materials and dumpster a day before the start of the project. Everything was unloaded and stored on our driveway without a single involvement from our side. The project was complete in one day from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. All waste was carefully collected removed on the same day. We would highly recommend without any hesitation to use Tip Top Roofing for your roofing projects.

I asked for repairs as soon as possible. There had just been very heavy rains with many people having trees fall on roofs, so they were very busy and had to prioritize. Still they came within 2 weeks on the date promised. They found rotten wood under the old shingles which had to be replaced and we had a combination roof- pitched and low-rise, which is more expensive. A variety of options were offered and explained. The crew came early and completed the job in one day. They were careful of the landscaping, and cleaned everything up. They were very professional.

Nick returned a call requesting an estimate to replace 1,100 sf of asphalt shingle roof, 800 sf of EPDM roof and to repair 1,000 sf of slate roof. He said someone would visit the house that afternoon. No one showed up. Three phone calls over two weeks were made to him without a response.

This provider's subcontractors were rude, sloppy and lacked the skills to complete the job successfully. My gutters were ripped down and had to be replaced without any warning, along with several other fixtures (main electrical connection, lights, doorbell buttons, etc.) The owner of the company initially vowed to "make this right" but later stated "there was nothing he could do". I had also hired them to replace some windows as part of the same job, but fired them after the siding mess as I could no longer allow Tip-Top to touch anything on my home. Beware. This provider will offer a competitive price but has no concern for customers' overall satisfaction once an agreement is signed.
