Well and Pump Service
The replacement of the pump and treatment of the well itself were fine. The reason I give this company such a bad rating is that it has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They NEVER return phone calls-- you just have to keep calling until you are lucky enough to catch them in the office, and they don't do what they say they are going to do unless you call them with a total emergency. We have a problematic well, and I can only conclude that this company actually did not want my business. That's fine, but I would much rather have had them simply tell me that they couldn't help me. It would have saved me a lot of time and aggravation.

Awesome. Very helpful & kept me informed. And replaced cap/cover that was there originally because it was wrong without me evan asking.
