Description of Work: I thought it was prudent to change both of my toilets as they were the originals since I built the house in 1980. I called 3 plumbers, left messages with all 3, and AA Beardsley called me back right away, asked questions about toilets I never though of, went to Lowes, asked lots of questions, notice there was a sale on a Kohler model, bought them, brought the home & 2 days later they were proffesionally installed with new and updated hardware, wax rings, etc.! It took the other plumbers 3 days to return my call. I will always call AA Beardsley first in the future!

+ -1 moreThey did a perfect job. After the installation we had a severe weather storm and there was a lightning strike about 40 feet from our house. This caused the control board on the new water heater to blow. A A Beardsley came to fix it at no cost to us.

+ -1 moreI had AA Beardsley out twice this summer and both times they were attentive to my questions providing me with answers I understand and clean, quick, professional work. It's difficult to find a good plumber. But I can safely say that I now have one. Work performed: sink drain resealing, feeder line cleaning, value replacement, and toilet replacement. Also helped refer me on a bathtub repair rather than replacement and saved me $$$.

Description of Work: A water heater in my rental unit was leaking and the tenants reported no hot water. It was after hours (barely), so I called Andy's answering service to report the problem, expecting a call back the next day to schedule a repair. | |By the time I got up the next morning, the plumber had met with the tenants, gained access to the unit, priced out a replacement water heater, and was sitting in his van outside the apartment waiting for my approval to install it. The new unit was installed and working by noon, and they swept up the puddles and hauled away the old unit free of charge.

+ 0 moreAndy was going on vacation at the time, but he arranged for someone to be available to coordinate with the carpenter's schedule, which due to outside circumstances was in flux. As it turned out, the entire project had to be delayed a week. It took me until the day the flooring job was completed to reconnect with Andy, but he had his guy out to the site within an hour of our contact to get the plumbing working again. In the process, the plumber discovered that the old sink had not been removed as I had requested, but after reporting the problem to me, he worked around the problem and made the swap at no extra charge.
Description of Work: I I needed to coordinate with both a plumber and a flooring installer for a bathroom remodel. The flooring installer was prepared to remove the old fixtures (vanity, water closet), but I had a new vanity to be installed, so I hired Andy to install it once the flooring installer was done, and I asked him to also reinstall the water closet since the old one had been leaking.
