+ -1 moreAfter playing phone tag, Curt and I finally connected and set an appointment date for the next week. He was punctual and professional. My dryer connection was very tight and also on hardwood floors and he found a way to go into the dryer from the front without having to move it. He spent more than an hour starting inside then going outside and down into the crawl space and finally was able to get to the nest and remove it. Before he turned on his loud equipment he even warned us in case it might scare my granddaughter! He also cleaned out the interior of the dryer that had a lot of lint accumulated. Hopefully, my dryer will last awhile longer!

Description of Work: Based on error code, Curt ordered the ($200) part in advance. Had to wait a couple of days for the part and scheduling, but problem fixed. He identified a potential future issue, but was not pushy about additional service. Very professional approach.

+ -1 moreCurt was recommended by an A-rated supplier who did not service our area. Curt's voicemail was extremely clear with his availability and instructions to confirm an appointment. He called back the same evening and confirmed an appointment the next day, and gave a preliminary diagnosis over the phone. He arrived on time and confirmed that his initial diagnosis was correct. He fixed the drain freeze-up and the root cause of s stopped up drain. He also diagnosed the malfunctioning dishwasher soap dispenser. He will return at a later date to install the part. Overall he was courteous, professional, and on time.
Description of Work: Curt fixed a stopped-up drain in our refrigerator which was causing a water leak onto the floor. He also diagnosed a malfunctioning soap dispenser in the dishwasher for later repair.

Description of Work: I was in need of having a new belt puton a dryer in a rental home as the tenants had done a load of wash and the dryer would heat but not turn. I called Curt on Wednesday morning and he very obligingly serviced the dryer that afternoon! My tenants were pleased as was I. He gave me a very fair estimate for the repair and when he put on the new belt he found that the pulley was noisy so he replaced it and then called me to tell me of this additional part and asked me to approve the cost which I naturally did. I was extremely pleased ;with his responsiveness and his thoughtful attitude to notify me of the additional need for a pulley replacement as I was not at the scene when the repair was done. He was very responsive, especially since this is the busy season on Cape Cod. I will definitely use him again in the future and I highly recommend him. He was recommended by another repair company who is listed on Angie's list but who could not accommodate us due to a full schedule of their own..
