+ 0 moreGreat shop! John is super friendly and helpful and treats his customers fairly. I took in a stained-glass lamp that did not stay on the lamp base and needed to be repaired. At first he said it wasn’t worth fixing. Then he realized he could fix it so that it would be stable on a lamp base with a few pieces of hardware. I was thrilled. I would’ve been happy to pay him for fixing it but he said never mind and did it for free. I also took in an old crystal chandelier that he bought from me for a very fair price. If you need a lamp repair or want to buy an antique lamp this is the place to go.

Description of Work: He rewired a "mid-century modern" gooseneck adjustable lamp I use by my piano. The bulb had exploded while I was using it.

+ 1 moreThey were wonderful. The man that came out, got upon the roof, inspected everything, and gave us a lot of advice. It was a girl that came and did the flashing. They worked very efficiently and did a great job as far as I can tell. They were very responsive. I had a couple of other people comment on it. This man was kind and helpful. He gave us a lot of advice about insulation and that sort of thing. I definitely will use them again in the future.
Description of Work: Wellesley Antique Lighting and Repair have restored a couple of lamps for us. they have done a lot of small repairs for us.
