Description of Work: Initially they did some routine electrical repairs for us and in the process discovered that our electrical panel needed to be replaced due to some water damage. They have since done that work also. They did a very good job and we are very grateful that he discovered our problem and fixed it. |

Description of Work: They showed up ahead of time. Wore covers over there boots while they were inside walking around. Covered everything with plastic so dust would not get all over the kitchen. I asked them to install one more light and had no problem doing so at an additional cost. |I would recommend them in the future and will probably use them again for a few other electrical problems inherit with any home built a long time ago in MA

Description of Work: We had the appointment at 11:00, at 11:40 I called him, and only then he put my address in his GPS to come, he told me that he didn't have my cell phone, that he only could access to it through the Angie's List web page (???), and he didn't save it when we contact the first time. Finally, at 12:30 he arrived...without a ladder...to install a CEILING fan. Luckily for him, I had one. He was very professional installing the fan, and he replaced a plug that was broken in my garage, for free "for being late". The work was well done, but I can't trust someone that arrive one hour and a half late; don't have your contact information, and don't have the tools he needs to make the job.

Description of Work: He came out one time and conferred with me and very nicely didn't charge me for anything. I called him back and tried to have him come out and do some work we had discussed. He never returned my phone calls.

Description of Work: Fixed the connection for chandelier inside the ceiling of dining room. Fixed the wall switch for the same chandelier. Install and fix another ceiling light fixture. Fix some neon lights in the basement.

Description of Work: I had no electricity in 3 rooms. He had to find where the problem was. He replaced 3 outlets.

Description of Work: A light dimmer switch had started arcing and we turned off the breaker and called RP Tedeschi.

Description of Work: Called Bob for an estimate to change my service. He came right out and gave me an estimate that was much lower than other quotes I had received. He said he was able to do the work within a week. True to his word he came over and put in a new service for me. He was punctual, neat and his price was exactly as he quoted. Best of all, he did the work and not someone who worked for him.
