We are so blessed and satisfied to have John did this project and would highly recommend him to everyone! Thank you John for everything you've done for us! + 16 more. In my experience, John O'Donoghue can do just about anything that needs to be done with house. Hes done our kitchen, our siding, our bathrooms, our deck. His finish work is second-to-none. The built-in banquette he and his team built in our breakfast nook is q work of fine furniture. His talents have transformed our house. John's prices are beyond reasonable (I think he should charge more). He is as decent and honest as it gets. As long as John's in the business, he gets my business.
Description of Work: Replacement of aluminum siding with cedar clapboard on two story early 20th century colonial. Complete gutting and renovation of kitchen, master bath, powder room. Design and installation of rear deck. Multiple door installations, trim replacement/refurbishment.

+ 4 moreI really enjoy working with John and Jerry. They are punctual, help think through problem areas with ballpark estimates, then provide detailed estimates for work to be done. They are very neat as well. They do excellent finish carpentry and interior painting. They do more as well, but I have only used them for interior projects so far.
Description of Work: I had leaks this winter and there were a number of interior repairs, including patching and painting, re-installing molding.

+ 8 moreHe was the first contractor to tell me my job would take the longest. I didn't believe him so he walked me through every step. He and his staff finished one day later than the estimate despite many change orders. He was true to his price and was much lower than many other contractors who wanted to bill us for management fees, permit filing fees etc.
Description of Work: John, his crew and his sub-contractors completed a kitchen remodel/garage remodel at my house in the spring of this year. John and his staff were extremely professional, very detailed and easy to deal with. It was nice to have a contractor to work for you as putting as much detail into it as if were his own house. John cares about his work and it is evident with everything he, his crew and his subcontractors do. He is on time, on budget and clean. I would completely recommend him (and have) for any job and will use him and his crew again.
