I HIGHLY recommend Net DirXions for computer support. I am a one person consultant that is technologically challenged. Mark at Net DirXions brought order to my system and has provided service and support that is WAY above and beyond anything that I imagined. He flat out knows his stuff. NetDirXion's Preident, Mark Fantasia, helped us, personally, first talking on the phone the same morning of my call to them, to assess my basic network problems, and give options for a solution. He then arrived at our office, the same day, to see things first hand and to confirm the issues and solutions. He returned to his offices with my office server for a clean-up. In the end we agreed on a best network strategy for my group, which was a simple one in process and in cost to me. I am extremely happy with my experience with Mark and NetDirXions.
