Let me say at the beginning for context that I have owned a few houses and hired lots of service providers, and have never written a bad review. I hired JJ Landscaping in the summer of 2022 to remove the sand between the pavers in our driveway, reset some pavers, and put in new polymeric sand. Cost was $3200. As part of this Jonas provided a warranty. His crew did the work at the end of August 22 and it looked good. However by November (3 months) the sand had washed out of the cracks in some areas and it needed repairs. On November 15 Jonas agreed he would fix it in the spring. I was OK with that timing. I contacted Jonas in April 23 to get the repair work done. He said he would get on it. However he didn’t get on it and after lots of texts and calls from me his crew finally showed up one afternoon 5 months later - in mid-September. They removed all the sand from the affected areas but then left for the day without putting in new polymeric sand. I have called and texted Jonas multiple times to find out when they will complete the warranty work but he has stopped responding over the last 60 days. So now I am left with a driveway with no sand in the cracks in areas, and it needs to be fixed, and I am out $3200. This is no way to treat a customer.

J&J did an excellent job of removing bushes and trees that were all tangled in bittersweet vines. Jonas is very knowledgeable about how to clear and renovate the property. Excellent service and communicates frequently so we always knew what to expect

Jonas and his crew were EXCELLENT! They were here in a timely manner, and even though it was pouring out, they worked hard to get everything done. Jonas was SUPER easy to talk with and to get along with. He supervised everything and it really go quite smooth. They did a lot of work, including removing some older bushes, moved some big rocks to another part of the area, removed some excess top soil, and put down a total of 10 yards of 3/4 inch stone for a shed we are having installed. They also reseeded the yard where they were working. A great crew!

Fantastic!!!! Really nice guys!! They even wiped out gutters with rags. Some other company came and tried to sell me on rehanging my gutters, doing lawn cleaning, and was 3x the price!! J.J gave me a price to come back and do windows in the spring, and I will definitely have them come back!!

Jonas and his team did good work. He was one of the first providers to get back to me with a quote. It was a very reasonable price. He was flexible in scheduling and came on the day he said he would. They cleaned the screens and outside of all windows and doors (except for a few high skylights which I was a little disappointed as that had been part of the quote, but turns out they could not reach them). Then they helped me put the screens back in, which I really appreciated. I am admittedly a clean freak, so I would have liked to have seen a little better wiping on the corners of the window sills and window frames, but overall I am very happy with the service I received. Jonas was very professional, thank you!

The deck looks terrific. Jonas and Geraldo made key suggestions about future maintenance. They were very responsive by phone and email and the price was fair. We are considering hiring them for other work.

Jonas and his crew redid my flower bed and front steps and I couldn't be more happy with the outcome. Jonas was super responsive and laid out exactly what he was doing step by step. He always asked for my opinion to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. He was also very fairly priced and friendly. I will definitely hire him again for future projects.

Jonas and Geraldo are professional, kind, and their work is impeccable. The outside of my house looks bright and clean and my deck looks brand new. I will definitely hire them again for later projects.

Jonas was professional from the start. He gave me an estimate based on photos of my home. That is super convenient! I don’t have time to meet people in person since I work full time. NO hidden costs. In fact Jonas mentioned that my gutters were really black and may need additional treatment which would cost more. Turns out he was able to get them back to pure white without any additional cost. I had my house power washed 5 years ago and it was a lot more expensive and no where near how clean my house is today! Thank you G and J. I highly recommend this service.

I put a request out for an estimate early Sunday morning. Jonas reached out to me that morning and we scheduled an appointment later in the day. They came out, went over a few things with me, including showing me the product they use, and available colors for the deck. They were so prepared and professional that I hired them right there. They told me they would be out around 2PM on Monday. They showed up right on time. They pressure washed the house and the deck, and even did a wall that I have around the front of my house, and a fence that I have. They finished the washing, and everything looked great. They told me they would be back Thursday at 8AM to do the sanding and staining, and to pressure wash the remainder of the wall. They showed up right at 8 and got to work. The deck, wall and house all look great. These guys are great. I would hire these guys at any time.

The gentlemen were prompt in coming out to give a quote; the price was fair; they came at the scheduled time and did a great job. I will definitely call them again.

It went very well. JJ came by as promised gave me an estimate. By the time I called back, their schedule had booked up. He knew I was in a hurry (getting my house ready for sale) - he was able to accommodate. Job went very smoothly. I would highly recommend.
