FABER'S RUG CO.

Everybody uses them here. They are very good and very expensive. They are very expensive but I wanted good workmanship, but I knew a lot of people used them and liked them. I needed some other work done at another house and I called them when a rug had wrinkles and i just wanted it straighten out and they wanted to charge a fortunate. I said to the guy this is how you treat a customer and he went and talked to both owners and I could not get the price down so I went with someone else and it was like a 1/4 of what they wanted to charge me. The room was empty, so they are expensive. They have a couple of good sales people that are very accommodating. The owners are the problem as far as the sales people. Excellent work but the prices are high.

Excellent work both on the removal of the old runner and the installation of the new. Very skilled in both "ends" of the process...removal and installation.

A bit expensive, but not unreasonable considering the quality and service involved.

Faber's has a tremendous selection. We were helped by a fabulous sales professional and the installation was completed to our great satisfaction. They were fabulous to work with.

Everything went very well. They were prompt and got the job done in one day. They were also very neat and clean.

They have a very good stock of their supplies so you don’t have to wait. I don’t think they are cheap but I don’t think they are wildly expensive. They sell some unusual flooring products like cork and they do historic preservation as well. It is a very good organization. The only think that I don’t like is that I have to drive a half hour to get there. The people in the showroom are smart and they know the materials, and the installers were good as well.

They sell rugs and Orientals. They have a great storeroom; it's a great resource. Their prices are on the higher end; it isn't cheap stuff. However, the quality is quite high.

Great. They do everything first rate, in a timely manner, great quality carpets and orientals.

Our experience with them was great. They gave us good service. Their turn around time for cutting and binding was quite speedy. We worked with one person who was our contact person who stayed in touch with us the whole time. As long as we worked with him we felt comfortable.

The company has a great selection of high quality carpets although they are a bit pricey. They did an excellent job installing the carpets. I am very pleased with the final result.
