Dan and his crew were on time. Dan was very professional and helpful. The work was completed on time and I could not believe how little dust remained for me to clean. My floor looks great and I couldn't be more pleased with the whole experience.

The quality of the work was solid. The working relationship with Dan Nguyen was excellent. He explained things clearly, responded to my concerns, and set up a good schedule. They kept to the schedule including working on the weekends to fit with our schedule. When the job was done Dan came back and helped us place the furniture back in the rooms. He was very helpful. I would definitely recommend them to others.

I started out by meeting 3 different contractors to discuss potentially pulling up carpet and refinishing existing pine floors that were underneath. Our house was built in 1880 so we were unsure of what we had under the existing carpet that had been laid. After pulling some of it up we realized that the floors were in rough shape. All 3 contractors said that it would not be worth it to sand and refinish the existing floors. Dan Nguyen from Premier Hardwood Flooring definitely gave me the impression of a professional. He showed up right on time, walked through the entire job and explained in detail what he could and couldn't do when it came to refinishing the existing floors. I bounced some ideas off of him and finally settled on new Brazillian Cherry hardwood floors throughout. They look great in the house. Dan and the team worked 6 days a week to get the job done. Our house is old so that means a lot of decorative molding around all of the door trim, which in turn means a lot of detailed cuts to the floor boards to make them flow properly and not leave any gaps. There were a few instances where we had to request changes, but they were minor and Dan did everything I asked without any hesitation. The price was definitely higher than I anticipated, and slightly higher than the original estimate, but I understand why the changes in price needed to happen. I would absolutely recommend his services to anyone that asks. All of my family members who have seen the floors always comment on how great they look.

We left the keys to the house to Dan the morning that we left for vacation. We did not need to field any calls during our trip, and when we returned 6 days later, the work was done. It came out perfectly. There was no dust at all, and other than the room being worked on, the rest of the house was untouched. There were no surprises whatsoever. We would happily recommend and refer Boston Premier to all.

I was out of town when he actually began the job. I gave him the key and the job went forward from there. The only hitch was in selecting the color/finish of the oak hardwood floor, which I did not get a chance to do. As much my fault, alas. The job was finished, cleaned up, and in great shape when I returned.

Dan was extremely responsive to phone calls and emails. His estimate was approximately in the middle of the other two (lower than higher), but his knowledge of the trade, demeanor and professionalism won me over. The work was performed on schedule (I gave him kind of a last minute request to have the floors done before the move) and without any hassle AT ALL. I stopped by on the first day of the job and I was greeted warmly by his crew even though he wasn't there. I recommend this company without reservation.

Dan promptly returned my inquiry and scheduled a site visit within a short time. He arrived as scheduled and provided a very detailed quote on the project and some extra items not previously discussed on the phone. They were prompt, cheerful & courteous (they even disposed of the old carpet for me). They kept the dust down which resulted in very little clean up. They did an excellent job.

Went great. My flaky tenants moved out of the 1250 square-foot 2-bedroom apartment leaving the approximately 900-square foot 3-layer high-gloss polyurethane finish I had put on the hardwood floors 14 months before dulled and damaged, including two holes in two rooms that somehow ate through all three layers of polyurethane and damaged the hardwood underneath. (Dog pee, probably.) I hired Dan Nguyen / Boston Premier Flooring Service to repair the damage and make my apartment look beautiful for prospective tenants. Spanking clean shiny hardwood floors definitely make the apartment rentable. Dan returned my phone call within 24 hours and set up a convenient time to come over and give me a quote. I made sure to clean the floors prior to his visit, and I asked him to be careful not to scuff the baseboards. He came back at the appointed time and they quickly fixed ALL the damage, cleaned the floors, and gave them a single solid coat of high quality high gloss polyurethane, without scuffing the baseboards or leaving any kind of mess. I like Dan / Boston Premier because they use high quality product. How do I know that? Because their single coat has so far proved more resilient (compared to the 3 coats done by the 14-month-ago floorer, the not-so-great NVN Flooring). I also like Dan / Boston Premier because they use bagged sanders, which means sawdust from the sanding doesn't go flying all over the place (unlike with NVN Flooring 14 months ago, when I had to spend a whole day cleaning up the sticky coat of sawdust that settled into trim, window pane muntins, radiators, and everywhere), they are professional (NVN Flooring showed up late, then not at all for 2 days, and then came in looking like, I don't know, they had just completed a very draining rap video). A great experience overall, and I will hire Dan Nguyen / Boston Premier Flooring Service again the next time I need hardwood floor work.

They did an excellent job. They were clean; there was no dirt after them whatsoever. They were wonderful and really great guys. I was very impressed with them.

I called Dan at BPF based on a reference from my realtor. We found a mutually agreeable date to visit the home to provide a free estimate. It was about halfway between the lowest estimate we received and the highest. Dan was professional, punctual, friendly and very clear in his communications. When we agreed to the estimate, we scheduled the date; Dan was especially helpful in being flexible about the dates as we were trying to coordinate move-in and painting activities as well. They did the work while we were out of town and completed it slightly ahead of the anticipated schedule. The quality of the refinish is very good and I'd happy recommend working with BPF.

Arrived on time for job. Work was quick and efficient. Workers were friendly and professional. Did the work in the agreed upon time. Would recommend to anyone needing hardwood flooring installation.

It went well. Smooth interactio from estimate through work throguh completion of work. He promplty resolved a couple of minor concerns I had during the course of the work and the job finished up fine. SOlid job for a fair price. I'd recommend him.

Dan is the owner, I dealt with him. He was very nice and flexible because I wasn't sure when we could start due to other work going on. I would definitely recommend them.

Dan did an excellent job and was very professional. He arrived on time to give us an estimate, explained what needed to be done, was flexible in his schedule so he could do the work while we were away on vacation, and put up plastic curtains that kept the rest of the house free of dust. The floors look like new which was amazing based on the shape they were in before he started.

Dan Nguyen was very professional, polite, punctual and performed all the duties as promised. He left the work site very clean.
