I would highly recommend Kathy to anyone who is searching for property in Boston area, especially in the metro west area. Kathy is extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. My husband and I are first-time home buyer and we are new to the area. Kathy was helpful to us in so many ways. She treated us like we were the most important customers. She tried to answer every question that we asked no matter how trivia or stupid they were. There were several times when we asked to meet with her after work, and she stayed with us as late as 11pm. She always gave us her honest opinions when we asked her thought on a particular property. Because she did such an amazing job, we definitely want to work with her when we sell the house or purchase another property. We cannot thank her enough for the whole process.
