Nilton and his crew installed a trench drain around my wet garage. They are really nice, honest people. They did a beautiful installation job and cleaned up, took away the debris, and left everything looking good. I am very happy I used Nilton's company. Such a pleasure!

Nilton the owner came to our house and was very helpful in explaining what he could do for us. Everything they promised was done quickly and professionally. Nilton and his team did a fantastic job building a 100-foot retaining wall in my garden. They communicated well throughout the project, did expert work, and always cleaned up after themselves. The project was completed within budget and within the agreed timeframe. I highly recommend Nilton!

I hired this company to seal a paver walkway and re-sand and seal a pool patio. This was an extremely frustrating experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone. On the positive side Nilton was friendly to deal with. However....his employees brought the wrong color sand, fortunately, I noticed this a soon as they started to pour it out. I had to push him to use a plate compactor for installing the sand. He said it wouldn't make a difference, many online instructions disagree, including the manufacturer's directions. He didn't water the sand correctly to activate the polymers (manufacturer instructions say go over it at least 3 times, he watered it once), so I had loose sand on the patio and in my pool all summer while waiting for appropriate weather for him to return to finish. The first time he was finally able to come put the sealer down, he didn't check the weather first. The sealer needs to be put down when there is no rain predicted for 24 hours, there were massive thunderstorms predicted for that afternoon. If I hadn't been on top of that, it would have ruined the sealer. When he came back the next time, he brought the wrong product with him. He didn't back roll the sealer (per manufacturer instructions) on the textured walkway, so it puddled up in some of the grooves in the pavers. Now when it rains, the walkway has white cloudy patches all over it until it dries, it looks terrible. I sent a picture of this the first time it appeared, no reply. This lack of any communication was typical for the entire process. The only way I was able to get any response (on one occasion) was to approach his truck at the gas station when I saw him there once. I felt a bit awkward, but he was completely unresponsive to text or email. He seems like a nice guy, but his lack of attention to detail and lack of integrity in completing this job was ridiculous. I resent spending $1500 for a job and having to oversee every step of the process.

Great company. Very professional and courteous. Cleaned up every day and fixed a few things along the way at no charge. If you want quality at a great price, Curbs is the one.

Fast and reliable. Nilton comes on time (where have you seen contractors that come on time???), sends an estimate when he promises he would do, do the work in the time he promised they would do it. My new retaining walls look great, he even created a place to permanently install my sump pump in - that was his suggesion, other masons have not even noticed me having this problem Amazing!

I was looking for someone to clean my parents yard after many no-shows of others. Nilton showed up exactly when he said he would to look at the job and my parents hired him. Curbs did a great job for this project and my parents hired him for ongoing maintenance of their yard. I highly recommend them.
