Keith and the folks at NV Heating and Air Conditioning were fantastic. I had several bids for the project of converting our oil-fired furnace and electric central AC over to a heat pump system, and not only was Keith the only one who gave us exactly what we wanted, they were the best priced of all the quotes we received. They are also very knowledgeable about the MASS SAVE program (rebates and 0-interest HEAT loans) and helped us submit what we needed to receive program's benefits. I noticed a lot of other companies tried to steer me in other (usually more expensive or otherwise undesirable) directions for changing our heating and AC systems, so the fact that Keith and his company were able to get us what we wanted/needed and for reasonable costs was terrific. I have already recommended them to several friends and family members and would use them again without hesitation.
