My husband and I went to the storefront with measurements in hand, along with a schematic of our kitchen. One man was there, and he couldn't fully answer all of our questions. After looking at samples, we left our drawing and telephone number. We never heard from them. All we got out of the experience was the need to redo our measurements, a waste of gasoline, and a delay in our project.
Description of Work: No services were performed. We wanted an estimate for granite countertops in our kitchen. Based on another report, we thought this company was a promising prospect for good, reasonably priced work. We also liked that they were nearby. However, we couldn't even get them to provide an estimate and they never contacted us. Taking this as a sign of unreliability, we sought and found another contractor.

Excellent. After meeting going to the shop and pick out out a stone, they sent us home with a chip to see how the color looked. They came out that week and did a template in our home. At that point we provided a 50% deposit. The granite was delivered and installed a week later. Excellent work!
Description of Work: We had a counter top put in on a peninsula island in our kitchen. A tiered granite counter, one level over the counter, and a higher level extending over the back of the counter to sit at. A back splash also included a cutout for an outlet.
