Description of Work: I suspected that my KitchenAid gas range was leaking gas, and my Whirpool Duet front-load washer was banging during the spin cycle. Randy was on time and very professional. He checked the range and determined it was fine, which was a relief. He checked the washer and immediately knew that a major part was broken and the cost of the part plus labor to fix the machine was not worth it. (And he earns his living fixing appliances.) I wasn't happy to hear that, but I respect him tremendously for being practical and honest. He told me not to use the washer because it was about to break down completely and either leak water or have an electrical fire. His fee was $85, which was well worth checking the gas range for a leak and telling me not to use the washer before it caused major damage. I would definitely recommend him!

Description of Work: I was beyond satisfied with this service experience. Randy listened to my problem description when I called to schedule the service. He knew exactly what to bring to fix the problem. I live beyond the area he normally services so he told me up front there would be an extra charge for the distance. That charge was only $5.00. He was prompt, courteous and did a wonderful job.

Description of Work: Installed dishwasher and hauled away old, and diagnosed and repaired freezer and oven

Description of Work: Looked at a leaky dishwasher, did thorough troubleshooting, found no obvious problem, and promised to come back if the problem repeated--which it has not.

Description of Work: Randy fixed my Fisher Paykel dishwasher drawers. He was professional, knowledgeable, fast and reasonably priced. He took the time to explain to me what was wrong with the dishwashers and what he need to do to fix them.

Description of Work: Our Kenmore washer wouldn't drain. He came exactly on time, diagnosed the problem, and replaced the lid switch. Great service. Will call again.

Description of Work: Randy took one look at the fridge and told me that it would cost more to fix it that it would to buy a new fridge. I so appreciate Randy's honesty, punctuality and professionalism that I will definitely employ his services in the future. I would not hesitate to recommend him to my friends.
