It went very well. Mr. Stewart arrived right on time, got right to work, and had the problem fixed in less than an hour. He was professional and pleasant.

Their prices were extremelly reasonable. They were responsive and came out right away. They were professional and very thorough in the appointment.

I called Stewart Appliance because I had a Samsung washer that was sounding like a jet engine. Randy doesn't service Samsung, but he spent the time to give me some free advice on how to possibly diagnose the problem. This was greatly appreciated, and I would certainly call him again regarding a repair for a brand he did service.

He was thorough, and he has followed up a few times, and he is very on top of things.

Absolutely fantastic service! Randy was terrific to work with, easily accommodated our schedule so that we didn?t have to miss work, and fully explained the repairs and what we could do to prevent a future breakdown. We will definitely use him for any needed repairs on other appliances in the future -- highly recommended!!

We have a Fisher & Paykel dishwasher which had been backing up, then started to leak. Called Randy, who was on a job at the time. Said he would be here in 1 1/2 hours--right on time. Randy checked the entire drain line routing and both washer drawers. Found & replaced some broken parts and found a clog in the line, as well as a small piece of plastic that may have interfered with a back-flow valve. Terrific job. I'm pretty handy, but Randy is a pro. I liked the way he didn't jump to a solution, even though his first suspicion turned out to be correct. He's my appliance guy from now on.

Randy was wonderful. He removed the old dishwasher on a Monday night in anticipation of delivery of a new stove, refrigerator and dishwasher on Tuesday. Home Depot did not deliver as promised. Randy called to check on progress and said he would come over whenever the appliances arrived. Home Depot scheduled for Saturday morning. (Did I mention the dishwasher was sitting in the middle of the kitchen so Home Depot's delivery could haul it away?) Home Depot delivered at 3pm on Saturday. We kept Randy informed on the lack of progress. He came on Sunday morning. Sunday! He is competent, professional and humorous. We recommend him highly.

Simply the BEST - This is our second time using him. We had a different issue with the other drawer on dishwasher. Just like the first time Randy came out VERY quickly - very professional and quick. He deserves every five star in my book. In the interim we had an issue with our washer - He told me what to do over the phone to resolve the issue and It WORKED! Unreal! This company deserves 5 Stars all the way!!!

Could not have gone better! Randy responded to our call within 24 hours. He came out for an estimate, ordered parts, and completed the job in a very timely fashion. He also checked our dryer vent system and outside vent and replaced the latter. He works very quickly and efficiently - and cleanly! His punctuality is exceptional and he has week end hours! Although I hope I don't need to do so, I would definitely hire Randy again.

I called and the owner, Randy, responded to me very quickly. He did the repair quickly and was knowledgeable about the machine I had. He gave me tips on how to use the machine that I didn't know. He was very reliable and down to earth. I felt very comfortable with him and I felt his prices were so fair.

I called them because the washing machine was not agitating. It is about 10 years old so I was in 2 minds about repairing it. Randy arrived on time and quickly figured out the problem - a faulty motor coupling. He had the part and fixed the problem easily. 6 weeks later, I noticed some water leakage and called him to take a look. He found that the water was over flowing because the drain hose was not effective. Though this problem was not directly related to the earlier job, he fixed it free of charge! He is very professional, does not talk much and exudes confidence. I recommend him very highly!!

Stewart Appliance responded immediately, was familiar with the design problem, quickly repaired the machine and it has been working well for 2 months.

A great experience. The dishwasher wasn't operating properly so I called Stewart Appliance. Randy Stewart returned my call promptly the same day, we scheduled an appointment. On the day of service, he showed up promptly and diagnosed the problem. Luckily he had a replacement part in his truck and was able to fix it the same day. The next day I had a problem with the dishwasher because the cover wasn't lined up perfectly so I called Randy and he came right out to fix it. I called Stewart Appliance before for a different problem with my dishwasher and he ended up giving me advice over the phone that allowed my to fix it myself. So he seems like a really honest guy. I've been through a couple of other repair people with this dishwasher and he's been the most knowledgeable so far.

Randy was responsive to emails and punctual for the appointment. He diagnosed the problem and gave a very accurate estimate. He explained what he was doing throughout the process and gave useful advice for dishwasher usage in general.

Randy is highly ethical and professional. For the Miele, he researched the issue, verified with the manufacturer, and took time from vacation to repair the unit. When the mfr was wrong about the issue, he did not bill me for the major part that was not needed (and I'm not sure if he can return it). For the dishwasher, he fixed the issue, and then came back a month later when it resurfaced again (no charge). He has walked me through my own fixes on the phone. I recommend him highly.
