+ -1 moreEvery time he shows up, he gets things working in no time, makes sure I know what I did (so I don't do it again) and leaves me smiling. I'm so glad I found Ted.
Description of Work: I've been using Ted since 2006. In one word: Amazing. I use my computer every day in my home based office and I'm a bit of a poison finger. Every time I screw something up, I call Ted and he shows up usually within 24 hours. Ted is a magic man. He shows up, runs through the problem and just fixes it. He gives me good advice when shopping for new hardware and even gives great phone support. Ted rules.

+ -1 moreOur main computer for the office completely died one morning. The system up to this point had been manually backed up once a month, so we were afraid of losing a considerable amount of information. We contacted Ted Barnes of Soholistic Networks and he responded immediately, was able to save all our information, rebuild the computer and set us up for better back up systems and protection. We had the system back up and running in about a day and a half! We were so happy with everything.
Description of Work: Rebuilt computer, recovered all the files, downloaded the information back into the computer, set up network, added hardware to ensure proper back up and suggested alternate means of backing up the system as a double check.
