Description of Work: Turned on my heat for the first time this past friday. loud thumping, vibration, and water leaking from all of the steam heating units. googled HVAC companies that were open on weekends. came across p.c. heating and plumbing. called and was pleasantly surprised when a person answered the phone. she took my information and a technician called me within 10 minutes. i described the issue and he was able to set up an appointment for monday morning between 9-11. the technician arrived shortly after 9am. introduced himself, put on shoe covers, and we headed to the steam boiler. he was immediately able to determine the problem. the visit and diagnostics was free. he quoted me the price, he referenced his binder to do so, and we decided to proceed. he fixed the problem and did a boiler maintenance. i did ask many questions and he was able to answer all of them. i would highly recommend this company to others.
