Upfront customer service/ responsiveness was very professional. Leo came ready to bid with pictures, references and some very creative ideas. The references I spoke with told me to trust his artistic eye and I am very glad I took this advice on a number of topics (including a really attractive patio circle incorporated in the design). Leo did a good job of explaining drivers of cost and the options available to us. I had a very specific schedule requirement as we were working with a pool company, a deck/shed builder and a fence contractor all who relied on each other's work to be done on schedule. Leo and his very hardworking team pulled out all the stops to get us to the various milestones on time including working some late evenings and week-ends. Leo was managing a number of other projects at the same time as ours but always managed to check in when his crew was here without him and personally supervised or inspected 100% of the work done. Overall I would recommend Leo's Masonry without hesitation! Great experience, thrilled with end product and stuck to the numbers we agreed on.
