I am a full time agent who specializes in Wayland & Sudbury. My clients include both home sellers and buyers. I offer to HOMEOWNERS a complimentary market analysis to determine what the selling price of their home might be which is valuable for insurance, estate planning or refinancing even if they are not planning on selling right now. With a MBA in Marketing I can best market their homes and guide them through the selling process from start to finish. I offer BUYERS access to my website of what is currently on the market and what has sold recently as well my personal & professional knowledge of the area and the home inventory. Specializing allows me to do this. I love what I do.

Carrie was a pleasure to work with, extremely professional, knowledgable, and personable. She listened to our needs and wants and helped us find the town and home that work perfectly for us. She guided us (first-time home buyers) through the offer, inspection, P&S, and closing processes. She looked out for our best interest at every step of the way and offered valuable suggestions and recommendations, raising important issues that we would not have been aware of. Carrie clearly loves what she does and is very good at it. She's honest, down-to-earth, very smart, very knowledgeable, savvy, and extremely professional. My husband and I can't recommend her highly enough!
