Pavel is an excellent structural engineer/designer who helped design a better solution to a build for a six unit back stairs/deck. His design gave each tenant a more private area to sit on the back deck. He designed the stairs to go up the middle, and not interfere with the private area that each tenant will have. He is easy to work with and he is timely in his response to any questions I had. I highly recommend Pavel.

I live in Belmont, MA and have a two car concrete garage with a large center column. I was interesting in removing the center column to make a single large opening for the garage to make it easier to get in and out with a larger car. I had already hired another structural engineer to do an inspection but their price for drawings felt kind of high. So I looked on Angi and got connected to Berdi Consulting through Pavel, who quoted me a more reasonable amount for the inspection and structural drawings for the garage door steel beam. Pavel's inspection was helpful and informative and he produced the drawings as we agreed on a reasonable timeline. and was able to put me in touch with an iron fabricator. Thanks for a job well done.

Stan (Stas) was prompt and efficient. He provided useful advice in the project. We received an interim report which allowed our Architect to comment before the final stamped report was issued. Happy to recommend Berdi Consulting.

The project is not yet complete as far as the structural engineering goes. However, as of this date all has been good.

My wife and I needed to check whether a wall was load bearing; and on the position of a support post. An engineer from Berdi Consulting was quick to come out and analyze the issues and address our concerns. I would use the company again.
