Easy to work with, responsive to my needs, and recommended a contractor he has worked with previously but certainly did not insist that I use that contractor. However, the contractor has proved quite easy to work with as well so I would never hesitate to hire and/or recommend Berdi Consulting.

Stan was very prompt in answering my questions and providing practical suggestions for the project. He met and discussed with my Architect several times to finalize our plan and sign it for town approval. At the end, he stamped the project even without getting paid, as i was out of town and took few days to mail the check. He was also very competitive in the price compared to other engineers I had considered for this project. Overall I am extremely happy with his work and professionalism, i will strongly recommend him.

I needed a small project engineered, All the other engineers wanted to charge me like I was building a skyscraper. Berdi Consulting did not try to make the project bigger than it was. It was a small job and I was charged a small fee. Berdi Consulting was 5 times cheaper than the next lowest Engineering firm.

Stas has a good knowledge of structural engineering and a practical bent. He was cost effective and flexible in his designs. The project changed slightly in scope and Stas adapted without increasing the cost of the job. I would definitely use him again.

We appreciated how quickly he was able to come inspect our home and even charged us less than what he had originally quoted because he felt the appointment was not as severe as we had first suspected. Mr. Berdichevsky was prompt, knowledgeable, and pretty patient with an anxious layperson. He was both a good listener and a good explainer. He went beyond the minimum scope of the job to offer advice when asked. The only slight lapse from perfection was that I asked for a written version of his findings which I haven't received yet. I feel that Stan gave excellent service and value for the fee requested.
