Scott came out the same day, Thursday, to look at a load bearing porch we needed rebuilt and had stamped engineering drawings to me on Tuesday. Very professional and efficient.

Stan came to the house the next day in Wakefield. I described the project regarding installing a recessed carrying beam and adding a new Lally column for additional support. He gave me a price, then proceeded to take all the necessary measurements. Did a preliminary drawings with his recommendations for the contractor to review. After it was ok he did up the final plans. It took just over a week from start to finish which kept the project on schedule. The building inspector approved the plans and also approved the completed job. Stan was very responsive, very knowledgeable and with with an exceptionally reasonable cost. I would not hesitate to hire Stan again for any upcoming projects or recommend him. 5 STARS all the way.
