 + -1 moreWell-professional, efficient, punctual cleaned up after themselves, not a speck left and took away the trash. Came by the eve of my call, we had heat at the time but because of the past history we knew it could shut off any time & Adam did not want us to be without heat. Since he was the 4th out, we knew most of what needed to be done, but not about the antifreeze.
Description of Work: Have 4l/2 yr old house, numerous problems w/boiler since Oct'06. Adam was 4th out, so we knew some of what we needed. Our unit was rusting because the builder/plumber did not drain the antifreeze put in prior to our purchasing the house. Zone valves and other outside parts were leaking & rusting.The original plumber put all of the piping/valves within a couple inches of the side of the unit, it had a front access panel, but we did not know about the side and top panels, & one of the parts that needed to be worked on was on the side of the unit. Adam called our home warrenty co.,we had maxed out w/them if we only had l/2work done. Adam suggested some short cuts, but if we did them, there was a good chance he would have to come out in a very short time and replace the new and complete the job. He also talked to the manufacturer & rep & found out that the unit was not just too large but 4times too large for the house, & it is overworking & will last only 5-10 yrs more w/work in between.

 + -1 moreHE'S THE BEST PLUMBER WE'VE EVER HAD AND WE HAVE USED FIVE. WE WOULD ONLY USE HIM IN THE FUTURE EVEN IF HE IS MORE EXPENSIVE. VERY NICE, RESPONSIVE, KNOWLEDGEABLE. THE VANITY WOULD NOT WORK IN BATHROOM. HE'S GREAT!
Description of Work: WE WANTED HIM TO PUT IN A NEW FAUCET AND NEW VANITY/SINK IN TWO BATHROOMS. THE VANITY DIDN'T END UP FITTING IN DOWN STAIRS BATHROOM BECAUSE OF CROWN MOLDING ISSUES. SO HE ORDERED A REPLACEMENT BASIN EXACTLY LIKE THE ONE THAT WAS BROKEN. HE DID NOT CHARGE EXTRA FOR THE TWO ATTEMPTS. HE HAD TO LEAVE BECAUSE HIS TODDLER HAD LOCKED HERSELF IN BATHROOM BY ACCIDENT AND HIS WIFE WAS WORRIED SICK. HIS TODDLER PULLED OUT A DRAWER TO LOCK THE DOOR.

 + -1 moreSpoke on the phone with Adam Mitchell and he gave me an estimate to replace our old dishwasher. His price was higher than anyone I had called, but he came with a good recommendation and I hired him. While he did show up later than his quoted AM start time, he and his assistant were professional, conscientious and neat. The job was completed in a timely manner as stated.
Description of Work: Removed old dishwasher and installed new dishwasher.

 + -1 moreHE TOOK OUR CALL ON JULY 1ST; NO OTHER PLUMBER WAS OPEN. HE SAID TO REMOVE FILTER/CHANGE FILTER FOR A QUICK FREE FIX, WHICH WORKED. WE HAD HIM COME BACK TO SERVICE A/C AND FIX POOR INSTALLATION PROBLEM.
Description of Work: FIXED A/C & B/C. POOR INSTALLATION OF TUBES PREVENTED FILTER FROM GOING IN OR OUT. PUT IN NEW BOILER AND TEMPERING VALVE ON WATER HEATER.
