Our dog had nearly destroyed our back yard. Our neighbor recommended Watertown Landscaping. Emilio, the owner, came over right away, looked over our yard, and made arrangements for his designer to take measurements. The designer, John, came by the next day, and in a few days had a plan for us. We were able to make our yard dog friendly and easy to take care of. We made several changes as the work progressed and Emilio and John were very accommodating and easy to work with. The work was done quickly, and the workers were courteous and professional. Our yard looks beautiful! We will use them again to landscape our front yard.

Quality of workmanship: Since the patio is round there was much detail work in cutting the pavers so that the space between them is uniform and minimal. Ivan is a master artist and workman. The result is a work of art. 2. Listen to the customers: Emilio listened to our initial plan for the patio shape and positioning in the yard and integration to a path to the driveway. He consulted with his landscape designer John, who sketched a design incorporating our plan. A few days later Emilio came to our home personally to present a professional and comprehensive drawing for the paver patio and surrounding plantings. 3. Promptness: The workers began the job in the agreed upon week, continued to work until completion, cleaned up and removed all materials. I decided mid-summer that I wanted to put in a patio. I came up with a preliminary design, but the two landscape designers I contacted were too busy to take my job until the fall. One of them recommended I work with Watertown Landscaping, that they did good work, and I could save money by working directly with the builders. Soon after I contacted Emilio, he came by with John, his designer. I realized quickly that they were much more than simply contractors. I told them of my wish to create a patio with an Old World country French feel, fearing that I would never be able to afford such a thing. They listened carefully to my design ideas, and came up with a plan which incorporated all my design ideas and fit in my budget! As soon as I made up my mind to go ahead with it, they showed up and were on the job the very next day to prepare the area. Everyone who showed up on site, was very hard-working, courteous and friendly. And the job was done in about a week, including the clean-up! The fountain that I had ordered came about a month later, and Emilio was there the very next day to install it along with a trellis arch I decided I wanted at the last minute. The work itself was meticulously done. Emilio with his designer John really made good on his promise to build my dream patio. My family and I will enjoy it for many years to come. The pavers look great with the border and the curved seating walls make it feel like an extra outdoor living room. They did such a beautiful job that when I walk into my backyard, I can't believe I live here! I can't imagine how a professional design firm could have improved upon what they did. For that reason, I think I got great value for the money and would recommend Emilio, John and Watertown Landscaping to anyone looking for any of the services they offer.

They did a wonderful job -- couldn't be happier. Very much enjoying the new patio and the back yard is now much more manageable. They also did a nice job of cleaning up and repairing the fence they used to access the area. Highly recommended.

They're very good. They were recommended by my local lawnmower place. They were responsible, efficient, and right up front. They did the work while we were away and when we came back, there was one more step to do. It's not finished yet.

When it comes to landscaping I am a big fan, both personally and professionally, of Emilio Coppola and the staff at Watertown Landscaping. I have rented a property serviced by Watertown Landscaping for the last 5 years so I have gotten to know them very well. I often work from home and they are here quite frequently doing everything the needs to be done to the exterior of the property including planting, mowing, trimming, and all around, all year maintenance, including the plowing and shoveling when it snows. Whomever show up I am always greeted with a warm friendly smile and if they see the car and are going to mow or do some maintenance under my office window, they always ask if they should come back at another time so as not to disturb my work. That, to me, is an example of how customer service should be. I have been very impressed with how well my yard looks compared to other homes in the neighborhood and I have recommended Watertown landscaping to many friends I have in the area as well. Every one of them was glad they chose them for their Landscaping needs.
