Tile selection is good, they are helpful when you are in buying mode. Their prices are ok. They are extremely unprofessional when it comes to delivery lead times. when you pick out tiles, and ask about delivery, they tell you "don't worry everything is available in 2-3 weeks. Even if you ask several times. After you have signed the order, then they tell you what the real lead times are, which may be many weeks late, and your home project will be delayed and you will incur additional expenses because of the delays. They seem to be more focused on getting the sale, then actually helping a prospective customer plan their project.

I am renovating my small bathroom and just starting out. So, I know I am at the beginning of my learning curve about tile. That being said, the sales reason was impatient, reticent to explain anything, and treated like I was an imbecile! When I asked her a repetitive question because she barely explained anything, she would give. Me this annoyed tone, "I already told you that!" the warehouse person was much more helpful and patient. The people at the front desk were polite. But this salesperson should not be doing this job, from I can see. I will not go back into this store. I think they have a reasonable selection of tiles at expensive prices. The customer service stinks!

The salesperson was very helpful and had good design ideas and gave us samples. The product they have in terms of materials is superior to other vendors. They are professional and communicate well.

Great. Two of the very expensive marble tiles came in broken, and they quickly replaced them for us without any problem.

I didn't buy anything but they were very helpful. They have a good selection. I will use them again in the future.

We are waiting for some of the tile backsplash pieces to arrive. We were really pleased with them. The price was reasonable. We had gone to another one of their locations and they were supposed to get us some information and we never heard back from them so we went to the place in Watertown and the person there was great. They were really attentive so we really had a good experience with this location and not so much at the other location. The person we worked with was great and he picked up some of the materials and that worked out great and some custom orders are probably going to be along in another month.

They were superb. They have a designer on staff that helped me choose the tile; I brought in samples of what I was using and they helped me find something that tied everything together. The price was great and the service was above and beyond. I need a countertop and I am definitely going there to pick something out. I know I?ll save time with them because they have an eye for finding just what you need and they are right every time.

We visited MANY showrooms in the search for the perfect tile. Our experience at Tile Showcase was hands-down the best. They have a lovely selection of tile - in my opinion, some of the nicest in the area. But what made our experience truly outstanding was the service that we got from the sales associate, Stephanie DeSantis. We were so overwhelmed when we initially started working on the bathrooms! Stephanie was able to immediately put us at ease by focussing us and walking us through each step of the project. She displayed a great deal of knowledge and inspired a lot of confidence. Her design ideas were very, very helpful. Her expertise clearly extends beyond tile. She was able to offer us advice on other aspects of the job such as paint color, moulding, lighting -- all of which impact the design and style of the space. Stephanie was ever mindful of our budget - something that we really appreciated. We never felt that she was trying to "push" anything on us. Her follow-up was also wonderful. She was very responsive any time I tried to reach her by phone or e-mail. I felt she truly took an interest in us and our project. I wish we could have given Stephanie all of our business. Ultimately, we found tile elsewhere that fit some of our needs better. We ended up using Tile Showcase for 2 of our bathrooms and for some decorative tiles that we used in our 1/2 bath and our mudroom. We will be back to work with Stephanie when we decide to tackle our kitchen!

Showcase has high fashion, high style tile at a premium price but do carry lower priced alternatives if you know to ask. I was told that they had no more samples of a particular tile which I wanted to try out at home, but that I could buy a box of the tile and return it if I decided not to use it. However, the show room manager, with whom I worked, didn't mention the 20% restocking charge. Rather deceptive. If you shop here be sure to ask about policies upfront.

Love the product, hate the service. We went to the Watertown showroom multiple times on weekends and were 1) treated like a nuisance as it was busy and 2) ignored or dropped after 30-45 minutes for another customer. They were clearly understaffed. Also, they had great difficulty giving delivery times. After asking many times, we'd suddenly get notified it was there. I would not shop here again; we can find comparable quality and selection elsewhere.

Machiko offered superb customer service. Every time we met, she thoughtfully assisted us by offering design suggestions or by calling the tile manufacturer to get answers for our questions. She was always quick to fit us into her schedule too! She never ever pressured us to buy the most expensive tiles, of which there are many. Rather, we purchased moderately priced tile, which we are anxiously awaiting to install next weekend.

We made an appointment in advance with a salesperson recommended to us. While Tile Showcase carries an extensive selection from which to choose, and has a pretty show-room, the advice we received was obviously weighted toward selling us the most expensive brands. This tendency was more evident than helping us with design. Prices are not posted, resulting in deferral to the salesperson, and their push toward the priciest items. While our tile order would have been very significant, we do not appreciate that kind of high pressure approach. There are better alternatives in the immediate area. We took our business to another store, whom we have found to be very responsive.

Everything went fine; the tile was delivered as promised. We checked each delivery as we were told to and any issues we experienced were resolved promptly and efficiently through their customer service desk. We do wish that they had a more generous return policy for unused tiles. Whether it was our contractor's fault or the salesperson's fault, we wound up with a large excess of one particular kind of tile. Given the amount of money that we spent, we would have appreciated some consideration for return of the excess tiles.

We first went on a Saturday morning and waited 20 min. for a salesperson (you need one, no prices are marked.) She was informative but clearly in a rush and after a few minutes she said we had to go assist other customers and suggested a visit during the week. Since they close at 5:00pm and we work, the best we could do for a second visit was leave work early to be there at 4:30pm. There was only one other customer when we arrived, waiting to be helped. After a few minutes a sales person showed up. She talked briefly to the other customer, who then left, and the sales person left the room without even acknowledging our presence. We waited for about 7-8 min. before she came back. It took us about 10 minutes to get minimal information because she would leave after each vague, uninterested answer. By the third time she left the room, the only thing we got out of her was that she did not recommend the marble we liked. We went from feeling humiliated to infuriated, so we left. For good.

It was a small job, but required skill. He did great. He delivered.

Lori Pettine (Salesperson) helped us put together a good portfolio of options including tile style, color, and helped us pick specialty pieces - mosaics, chair rail, pencil rail. She helped us come up with some good, less expensive options, but wasn't great about calling back, possibly because it was a smaller job. Also had a couple of surprises when it turned out some things were only available in a limited quantity - better communication would have made parts of the experience less frustrating.

SALESPERSON WAS FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND EVEN HELPED US SAVE SOME MONEY WITH HER SUGGESTIONS.
