From start to finish, this was a professional and pleasant experience. I went to their sales office and arranged for an estimate. I worked with Berge Zerdelian throughout the whole process and found him to be knowledgeable and low key sales-wise. I ordered custom storm windows and within a couple of weeks the installation began. The workers (not contractors, but staff from Stormtite) were quiet and tidy and completed the whole house in a half a day. After they left, I got a call from Berge - the installers had come back to the shop with an extra window. He asked me to check a window inside of a porch area, and it was indeed missed. Within 30 minutes, the mistake was corrected before I even had known about it. The windows are very tight and my 130 year house isn't drafty anymore!!! I'd recommend them to anyone looking to replace storms.

I was told by the man at Stormtite that storm doors are not eligible for the energy efficiency tax credit. I went ahead and got the pricing on the models I was interested in and said I was doing more pricing and would get back to him. My next stop was at Home Depot where I was shown Anderson storm doors that were eligible for the tax credit -- Anderson and another company there provided manufacturing spec sheets that specifically documented their eligibility. The man at Stormtite deliberately misled me; I believed him since he's a supposed expert, and I'm so glad I asked at Home Depot just in case. It all ended up very well because I got good doors that will get me a tax credit, are obviously more energy efficient than the Stormtite ones, and are actually substantially less expensive than what he quoted.

They came to replace the windows when I was not home (I left a key). My condo was immaculate, the windows looked fabulous, and I barely had to do any touch ups. I was very impressed with the professionalism and accuracy of the work.

They were a really great company to work with. Extremely professional. The owner would come out to assess the job and set up the work. He was very responsive, anytime we needed anything he was there to speak with us. The staff that he sent out were fantastic. They were clean, they were always here and working. I can't say enough good things about them! They did get a little irritated when I reminded them that I needed warranties, but they got them to me proptly. It wasn't an issue. I just thought they were fabulous. I'd use them again in a heartbeat, and I recommend them to anyone! They aren't the least expensive, but it is worth the price because they did such a great job and they were so easy to work with.

Berge was very pleasant, responsive and professional. Answered questions thoroughly and had great follow through. Will keep them in mind for future projects.

From day one, my experience with Stormtite was very pleasant. Berge gave me a prompt estimate and time frame on how long the project would take and was very thorough and understanding as my wife and i went back and forth on what style window replacement we wanted in one room. Berge was patient through the entire process. Once the work began, Berge followed up regularly to ensure everything was going smooth and up to our satisfaction. The customer service Stormtite provides and the fact that they go the extra mile to make their customer happy is refreshing after I got just the opposite from the "other guy" in town last year.

We could not be happier and more impressed! We had contacted and gotten quotes from 5 different companies and Stormtite was not only the best price but also offered the most for it! John (the owner) came out to give us an estimate. We initially did not want to replace our windows but just add storm windows to the existing windows as well as replace 3 broken windows. John was very knowledgable and took the time to go over all options with us and went back to the office to provide us with an estimate. He invited us to his showroom to take a look at the actual windows and stormdoors. In the end it turned out that with being able to take advantave of the full federal tax credit and credit from our utility company (which John knew all about and could advise us on!) it was a MUCH better value for us to just replace the windows (and not add storm windows) since the price difference was only a few hundred dollars. We went ahead and ordered the windows and a few weeks later the crew came and installed them. It took them about 3 days to have everything done and they did an amazing job. They even put trim (custom made) around the outside frame to cover up the holes that were left behind from taking our old storm windows down, which no other company offered us. You cannot even tell now and no further painting work either on the inside or outside was necessary! They even took down and reinstalled all of our blinds in the whole house which other companies asked us to do. We are extremely happy with our new windows (so much warmer in the house and also so much quieter!) and John and the Stormtite crew delivered GREAT quality at a GREAT price with a high level of professionalism and care! Probably the best company I ever hired to do any job! I would totally use them again and recommend them to anyone!

They were nice to work with and they did a little more than what I expected. They were professional, responsive and punctual. The quality of their work was good and I was satisfied with their service.

Great. Worked with them in the past. They are professional, polite, timely, neat and reasonable. One minor issue with a screen was resolved with a phonecall.

Both jobs were were very neatly done. They replaced all our windows and only very minor touch up painting was required. They hauled away the old roof and did not leave the usual scraps around the property.

It was a wonderful experience, really. They should be your very first choice when doing siding and windows. I am remarkably impressed by the care that they made when they made the estimates, and schedules. I also was delighted by the care and friendliness of the workers who just seemed to be concerned about doing the job right, and that they were hammering, and nailing, and walking through my house with construction materials.

They were great. The person, Berge Zerdelian, who came out looked at my situation and advised me what kind of window he would recommend. He gave me the prices of the different kinds. He took me to the showroom to show me the window. There was a problem with a lock on one of the windows. He came and installed a new window. He also installed a screen door, I inadvertently threw away the screen and he gave me another without charging me.

Called for an estimate and said they would come that Friday in the afternoon, but no one ever called me or showed up. Their business is very close to my house and they were doing work on our street on another house at the time. That is a bad business, no matter if you need it or not!

They were polite and seemed knowledgeable. They might have been a good route to go if I'd wanted more windows. I only needed two and they have a six window minimum (or did when I called.)

The door is fine...the installer was impatient, irritable, and after he nearly demolished the door frame, he used caulking compound around the frame to repair the damage to the painted surfaces....

Their salesman, Berge, was very patient and spent a lot of time with me explaining the pros and cons of different types. He was very knowledgeable about the details of construction, etc. They mainly carry Allside, but I was satisfied with that product. They did an excellent and quick installation, which was complicated in that none of our windows are straight. They worked with all the uneven old frames, and it looks great. But it is better to have this done in the warm weather as the caulking stinks for 2-3 days. Great cleanup by the crew as they went along.

IT WAS A PLEASURE WORKING WITH STORMTITE. THEY MEASURED ON MONDAY, INSTALLED THE STORM WINDOW ON WEDNESDAY AND THE DOOR ON THURSDAY OF THE SAME WEEK! (I HAD A SMALL ORDER SO I REALIZE THEY MAY NOT BE ABLE TO DO THE SAME WITH LARGER ORDERS.) THEY WERE KNOWLEDGEABLE, PROMPT, AND ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS. THEY ALSO EXPLAINED AVAILABLE OPTIONS FOR REPLACEMENT WINDOWS WE MAY GET IN THE FUTURE. IF ONLY EVERY COMPANY WOULD OPERATE IN THIS FASHION!

I'VE HAD ANOTHER COMPANY QUOTE AND DO THE WORK AND HAVE STILL NEVER HEARD ANYTHING FROM STORMTITE. TWICE I SPOKE TO SOMEONE ON THE PHONE WHO TOOK MY INFORMATION AND TOLD ME THEY WOULD GENERATE A QUOTE; THEY NEVER DID.

THEY WERE RECOMMENDED BY HARVEY'S CONTRACTOR REFERRAL LIST, WHICH WAS VERY HELPFUL, SINCE YOU CAN GET NO RETAIL PRICES WITHOUT A CONTRACTOR.
