Step By Step Moving and Storage

Horrible. If ever you are moving, do not use this company.

Quoted price was much lower then charged price. For example storage was quoted at $300 then charged $500. Charges 3 hours for moving in and 3 hours for moving out of storage unit where it only took 2 hours to unload and unpack the truck into the house. Most disappointing part was driver of truck decided to run into one of my trees with the truck doing serious damage to a very old tree. Pay a little more and go with a quality company. Also, didn’t deliver a ladder during the move which they were clearly keeping. Took 2 weeks then the ladder magically appeared at the office.

It couldn't be more better. I had to give them directions on how to properly protect and cover the truck and they didn't put any cover which has to be automatic. After dropping my things off they didn't properly put my couch and they didn't packed some of my items and the foot board of my bed was slightly damaged.

Great service! The guys were so professional and helpful. Even disassembled and reassembled clunky furniture. Everything was offered, I didn’t need to ask for any special requests. They were one step ahead of me so to speak. Can’t recommend enough. While I’m not looking forward to my next move, ;-) , I will certainly be using Step By Step again.

Two person team did a great job of moving all my personal items, furniture was all thoughtfully wrapped and moved without harm.

Both of the guys were polite, friendly, calm, efficient, fast, and careful. I would definitely recommend them to others. I was very pleased. It made moving alone so much less stressful than I anticipated. Great job.
