The whole process went perfectly and the results were amazing. The estimate contained a detailed description of the work to be done and instructions for before and after care. Chris Wyand was very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. The crew was unobtrusive, pleasant and very neat. Appointments and time frame were perfectly adhered to. In short: a quality job professionally done.

Long overdue review for the owner, Chris and the technician, Jimmy. The entire experience from the consult by Chris, all the way through to the complete of the grout work and clean up by Jimmy, was excellent. There was no pressure after the initial consultation. Chris was very patient, answering every question (I had quiet a few) thoroughly and in a timely manner. He provided an honest and clearly expert assessment of what he thought needed to be done in my bathroom. No upselling whatsoever. On the day the work was done, Jimmy showed up on time and ready to go. He too was knowledgeable and very personable. His work was clean and precise. He went above and beyond and I could not be any happier with the outcome. The grout work looks better than the original! Thank you again!

It went wonderfully. There was deteriorated, stained grout around the tiles on my kitchen counters, and badly stained grout in my shower. For the free estimate, the owner arrived right on time, told me just what he could do, and then sent me a written description and price by e-mail. During his visit and later, when I asked about other tasks he might do, he was always clear: They were focused on the grout. The two workers arrived on schedule, cleaned or replaced all the grout as needed, and left everything looking clean and fresh. They were quiet and tidy, and a pleasure to have in the house. I was very pleased with all aspects of this project. I would gladly hire them again.

Have had the opportunity to use Sir Grout and Chris Wyand twice now and in both cases, it was one of the most pleasant experiences I have had in dealing with a service provider. Chris returns calls promptly, is courteous and professional at all times. He and his team did a great job in performing several different services to refresh and regrout two bathrooms in our home including a particularly challenging one of marble. I highly recommend this company.

From start to finish, the job was handled with total professionalism. The franchise owner, Chris, came to inspect the job and provide an estimate of the work needed. We then scheduled the job at our convenience. We were reminded via email of the upcoming appointment. Chris's crew arrived on the scheduled day right on time and ready to work. Due to the amount of build-up, power cleaning was not an option. The crew actually had to do all the work by hand, using several different cleaners, much of the time on their hands and knees. When the job was completed and we saw the results, we were TOTALLY blown away! The entire shower stall and door looked like brand new. We couldn't believe our eyes! It was absolutely amazing what this team could do. We would recommend Chris and his crew without hesitation to anyone needing this type of service.

Everything went well! I think that the pricing was fair for the work that was done. The owner was very responsive and organized and definitely gave us a fair estimate. He even told us which services would give us the most value so that we could save some money. The job was done efficiently. The technicians were very professional, explaining clearly what was going to be done, and arriving on time and finishing on time. The job came out beautifully. Really transformed the shower. The communication throughout was very good, and I would highly recommend their services.

Sir Grout did an excellent job, their prices are reasonable, and they know what they are talking about. I appreciated their expertise and honest assessment of what would be best for a marble bathroom floor. They were prompt, professional and efficient. They even did some extra grout work in an area of cracked tiles. I would absolutely hire them again.

Continually cleaning older grout just wears it away. This process bleaches it clean and applies a white coating which doesn't attract mold and is easier to clean. In one bathroom, the grout was in good shape so they applied a clear coating over it. Three and a half years later, the jobs have held up pretty well. I did have them back six months ago to reapply the product to the bottom of one shower, prior to a new roommate moving in. They also have a nice rubbery, caulking product for the corners which has remained immaculate with very little cleaning.

The floor and shower look brand new and we even signed up for the yearly maintenance program. The service men who did the work were courteous, cleaned up, explained everything and overall great workers.

Excellent. The communication before and during the visit for the quote was top notch. As professional as they come.

Sir Grout is the most professional contractor I have ever dealt with in the home construction/improvement industry. The owner provided clear estimates based on a site visit by his staff. He reminded us of the appointment in advance. His staff was on time or called us in advance if they were going to be as little as 15 minutes late. We were very happy with the first job and, as mentioned in the description of work done, we hired them to clean and restore the grout in our kitchen floor. When the technicians arrived, they quickly realized that the grout restoration planned was not going to work with the existing grout. Instead of continuing as planned with a restoration that would not hold up, they informed us of their findings and after speaking with the owner, Chris, arranged to come back at a later date to re-grout the floor (instead of restoring). I was extremely impressed with the way the technicians and owner handled this situation. I enthusiastically recommend this company. I can't think of a single thing they could have done better.

The results were excellent. Our kitchen floor finally looks new again and for about 20% of the cost of replacing it, and much less interruption to the family. Chris Wyand is the owner, and he came to give us the estimate and to explain the process. He was easy to work with and always responded immediately to our questions. Lead technician Chris Corliss led a team of 3 techs to do the work. They did an excellent job of making the 3 rooms look new. Chris Corliss was great to work with and even scrubbed our old bathtub to make it look new again!

We have about 500 feet of slate floor in a high traffic area that probably hadn't been refinished in 20 years. We chose this company, even though it was not the cheapest quote we had, because the owner Chris came out and provided a detailed description of our problems with the floor and the possible solutions. There were initial problems with the work but Chris' team came out two more times to fix them. He always got back to us promptly about questions. We felt Chris was very concerned about the reputation of his company and was working very hard to get things right. In the end we are very happy with our nice and shiny floor and would not hesitate to recommend Sir Grout of Greater Boston or to use them again ourselves.

They are very good. They did a very good job. They gave an estimate, they met the estimate, they were on time, they respected my property, they were positive to work with and they took a before and after picture which was very smart.

We are very pleased with the results. Both Chris and Rigo were extremely professional and polite. They worked very hard and did a great job helping us choose the color of each color seal.

professional and done quickly. Grout was in bad shape was hoping for better outcome but i think that was do to how long the grout was there and the dirt that embedded through the years. Some areas lighter then others.
