Workers showed up, REMOVED THEIR SHOES, and inspected the areas to be cleaned. Bathroom floors were cleaned and clear sealed. Tile shower was cleaned and clear sealed. The floors looked nicer than we could have ever gotten them ourselves. The tile shower grout, due to neglect by the previous owner, did not fair so well. We explained to Chris how we had visions of greatness, but the grout appeared to be too far gone for cleaning alone. Chris asked his guys to come back and apply a color sealant to the shower floor (which he noted was not guaranteed due to the traffic/water in the shower). Looks 100% better, although two little spots of colorant had come up shortly after application. We were able to repair these areas with the small bottle of color sealant they had left with us during their last visit. Although the overall price was a little more than we had originally anticipated, we feel Chris and his company went over and above to ensure our happiness and satisfaction with their work.

They did a very good job - the experience with the techs and the owner was very professional.The only glitch was that the techs were a half hour late, but that happens. It did not detract from the overall quality of the experience.

.We just moved into our first home and had our master bath gutted. Our friend was completing the work, and unfortunately, oversold his capabilities. While the tile work was okay, the grout work was a complete disaster. It was not wiped at all during the process and just left on the tile to dry. We requested a number of estimates from contractors specializing in tile work who all told us it was not only the worst/messiest grout job they have seen, but told us that everything needed to be ripped down and started again-after all this time and expense, the job was not salvageable.Then Sir Grout came and told us this could be fixed! It was a messy and monotonous job but we could not be more pleased with Sir Grout and the work the team did. They were professional and punctual. They turned a complete mess into a beautiful bathroom for half the cost of the other estimates. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and we will absolutely be using them in the future when we begin working on our guest bath and kitchen.They are the best!

An excellent experience from start to finish. Sir Grout was easy to deal with. Chris Wyland, owner, arrived at my home at the appointed time to provide consult and estimate for repairing and cleaning my master bathroom tiles. It's a pretty big bathroom, about 15 sq feet of floor tile, plus a large fully tiled shower enclosure. Water damage meant that many tiles had to be reinstalled. and the entire bathroom tile steam cleaned and "color grouted" as well as caulked in many areas. Chris and I negotiated what I think is a fair price for the work, and best of all, Chris helped me to understand which services would be important to me in my quest for "fresher" looking tiles and grout. I only paid for what I needed. Sir Grouts' workmen showed up on the appointed day right on time, did the job well, and left no mess. Took two men about 6 hours. Lots of equipment. They left me with complete written instructions on how to care for the tiles and grout, a nice touch. At the end of the work, we were missing one last 12 inch tile, so Sir Grouts' workers had to come back a few days later to finish the job, (after I obtained the missing tile from Roma Tile)....... which also happened quickly and well.I would say Sir Grout is NOT the lowest price on the block -- they are what I would call reasonably-priced for this kind of work. but their workmanship is excellent, work ETHIC excellent, and Chris really know how to communicate well, which is a hugely important quality. Lots of people say they know how to do tile, but Sir Grout does it very well. Total A+

Chris and his staff were very professional, arrived exactly on time for all appointments, informed me of exactly what they were going to do to the tiles, and were a pleasure to do business with. My bathroom gleams and looks like a much brighter, cleaner place. I would definitely recommend them.

All in all we had a great experience. Chris and the tech that came with him were punctual and professional throughout. We were glad we had the enhancements done to our bathrooms and would use Sir Grout again.

I hired Sir Grout of Greater Boston to do my kitchen and bathroom floors about a month ago. Chris (the owner) was extremely professional throughout the process and it was clear that he would do anything in his power to assure my happiness. I was initially hesitant to proceed because the cost was a little higher than what I anticipated, but after they finished the work and I saw my floors it quickly became a no-brainer. They looked even better than the day they were installed over a decade ago. I refrained from writing a review sooner because I wanted to see if the floors would hold up as well as Chris had promised. And a little over a month later, I am amazed how good they still look. The color sealants that Sir Grout uses are definitely as advertised. I never would have imagined that my floors would be so easy to clean and hold up so well to traffic, pets, spills, ect for an extended period of time. I am happy to say Sir Grout's service was worth every penny. Highly recommended!

The job was tough where the backboard was

When the job was done, my bathrooms had been transformed from moldy and dirty with crumbly grout to a "like new" clean and shiny look. I should have called them sooner. I will not hesitate to call Chris in the future to do additional work at my home and at my rental properties.

I am very pleased with the work done and was thouroughly impressed with the professionalism of the owner Chris who performed the work himself. My white grout had become incredibly dirty and I was unable to clean it myself. Chris put down several color samples for me to choose from so I was able to choose one that matched exactly the original color and shade. He also went the extra mile to scrape up excess grout and paint from my original job (my bathroom makeover was my first DIY project...) My bathroom floor looks new again and I couldn't be happier. I would definitely recommend to anyone that has some "tired" looking grout and is looking for it to look new again...and to stay that way!
