Job went extremely well. Started and finished on schedule. I am absolutely thrilled with the job and love inviting people over to see how nice it looks. Scott Schiano was on site every day, returned calls promptly and kept me informed about any issues that came up as the job went along. I have more work I want to do in the fall and will be calling Schiano Landscape.
Description of Work: Installed brick patio around pool area, reset existing 16X16 patio made of pavers that was shifting, removed gravel beds and replaced with garden beds. Repaired horrible fence job done by previous landscapers, had to move about 8 posts to level and close gaps and make gate work correctly.

We talked early in the week. He was only willing to make a tentative plan to come out on Saturday for an estimate, saying that he'd call back before then. He didn't. I called back the next week and left v-mail and have not heard from him since. Its been a month.
Description of Work: Regrading a 6' x 40' plot for drainage purposes.

Wonderful working with Schiano! Scott is down-to-earth, and wants to please the homeowner. He has great ideas, but worked to integrate my ideas as well. The stone wall came out wonderfully, and was done at a great price. His work crew is professional and courteous. Hire them for your next job!
Description of Work: Install stone retainer wall. Edge and replant shubs and borders. Come up with landscape ideas. Remove tree stumps.
