Description of Work: Roberto sent a reminder text the night before and called about a half an hour before my appt to confirm my address. Showed up on time and got right to work. He said that my yard required more seed than the deal I had purchased covered and suggested adding fertilizer as well. So there was an additional expense for that, but it seemed reasonable enough.

Description of Work: I bought a Big Deal to have my lawn aerated and overseeded. After a few cancelations due to weather and equipment problems the job was performed successfully.

Description of Work: It took 2-3 phone calls to determine whether they could send someone out to Sherborn. |Pruned shrubs and small tree but left some lengthy branch stubs which I didn't notice until later. They also had only one ladder so borrowed mine to complete the work. When I asked about about clearing out weed-grown area, Jose Ruiz started with a price over $1000! I really wanted the area cleared so we talked further and I agreed to pay $400 in cash. I later felt that that was still too much for the job, but the overgrown area looked much better. I have mixed feelings about calling them again because of the quality of the work done by the two men sent out.

Description of Work: Raked debris & leaves from all flower beds and lawn area. Removed all debris from site. They are a well organized crew and work very quickly. Their office was also very accommodating about rescheduling due to rainy weather and managed to divert a crew to come on my preferred (1st choice) day.

Description of Work: Aeration & seeding of lawn. Done well and fast. Paid $200 over the original price to do a larger era of the lawn.

Description of Work: They were supposed to visit me for a quote on landscape design services. It took a couple of weeks to get the appointment. When the company did show up - I felt that the knowledge and expertise was not present. There was no game plan. I was being asked the same questions I wanted answers or guidance on. The worst part - I never received my proposal and was refunded my money. I'm now at the same point I was 6 weeks ago. Very disappointing.

Description of Work: We had our backyard cleared of old plantings, smoothed, and sod placed. Jose Ruiz supervised the entire project, gave me an estimate in the morning, had a team of workers here, and by evening my backyard was transformed. We are so pleased! We'd definitely use them again.

I was not pleased with the service as there were large patches of my lawn that were barely scuffed and had no seed put down. I let the vendor know that I was displeased with the service and they were not helpful. My first clue that I would not be pleased with the service was when they showed up and try to charge me extra for fertilizer. I asked if fertilizer was needed and they said yes and I said then it should've been included in the big deal pricing. | |Overall this was a waste of money. Today is almost 3 weeks after the service was provided there is no new grass emerging.

Description of Work: My understanding was that Roberto's was supposed to give advice on what plants to put into areas of my yard. Instead they wanted to clean up the yard for $4000.00. I called them for the service that was supposed to be supplied. He was very nice and promised to send me a detail of what plants should go where, but I have not received it to date. I am very disappointed at this time and hope that he will deliver the service as promised.

Description of Work: Came by and aerated and overseeded the yard. Had to reschedule a few times due to spring weather. Nice job aerating, even if my yard was in bad shape (they did offer other services).

Description of Work: Customer contacted vendor and agreed upon a date. On the agreed upon date, the service provider visited the potential work site. At that time, service provider asked customer what they wanted done. At no time did the service provider provide any guidance which was part of the big deal. Service provider left after ten minutes and customer did not receive any input for several weeks. Customer finally contacted service provider and asked where the drawings and estimate were. Two days after contacting service provider, customer received a quote of $8,500 with no details. This cost was four times cost of other estimates. At this point, customer still did not have drawings or plans. Customer contacted service provider again and received email from stating that service provider did not do the drawings in house but had to send out to another company. As a result, service provider further told customer that this external company was very busy and they had no time frame for providing drawings.
