Description of Work: While the phone representative and the foreman who arrived on the job was nice and listened to my description of what was needed. They didn't follow instructions, and new workers arrived to the job willy-nilly butchering bushes around the house. They even look crazy now. One Bushy Tree was cut down for NO REASON in the back of the house. $3/400 one. > I didn't stay outside for the work. I made the mistake of just thanking them, before looking critically. > I was inside when my husband arrived and was shocked with what he took me out to see. He is the resident gardener, so he was familiar with all areas of the yard. The work was mainly for the perimeter bushes, and then trimming of the additional coniferous low lying bushes. The low lying bushes, 2 on both sides of the house, were ignored. The once vibrant bushes were damaged. We didn't want them to die so we ignored trimming them in the time since, but will need to do the work ourselves. Be careful with this company. > Do not go inside, but watch all of their work, do not allow a new crew to arrive, and do not pay for the work until you are satisfied. > trusted Angie's List. I figured that they were the buffer between homeowner and inexperience, apathetic, inept contractors, but it seems that this is not so. HOPEFULLY they are better. I tried calling them and Angie's List right after the work, but as you might know, was unsuccessful. Life goes on and so should we. I learned an excellent lesson. Use Angie's List, Home Advisor, and BBB.org for all CONTRACTOR reviews, before booking work.

Description of Work: On time, had to go back for the tiller. Did what they promised.

Description of Work: A big crew of guys showed up right on time, and I walked around with Ronaldo, to show him where to put the mulch. This is a fairly large yard, and they first did a minor cleanup. We agreed that the $299 deal was probably not enough mulch, so for an extra $100, added enough to complete the whole front yard. It looks beautiful, and they were fast, and efficient. I would definitely recommend.

Description of Work: I bought a seeding aeration deal that was good. Also got 150 sq ft of mulch. Supposed to be 2.5-3 inch/ sq ft. This is not the way to measure on to say it. I will use them again but I will specify how much mulch to have snd then they can spread it. People are good.

Description of Work: Be careful with Roberto | |he sells you an angie's list deal and then wants to come over and see what you "need" Price was quite high-- almost like a bait and switch | |I would not use him again

Description of Work: First they didn't read my email about timing. We made a date and they never came. I was at the house . They said I wasn't , simply not true! I wrote several times up see if they were going to reschedule or refund my money, no response. Help!
