Sod installation.
Description of Work: We bought a Groupon for sod installation. When Roberto came over to look at the small front yard (really small) he IMMEDIATELY said "too much" work and additional charges would have to be incurred, etc. The price eventually went to over $1K for the small area. Then he promised it would be cut every 7-10 days - well that never happened. I had to call and call to get him over here. Just using any coupons for a bait to get you for more money. And, the sod never came back the following spring and had to be torn out.

Description of Work: I paid them but did not use them. They were not able to speak English very well and when I tried to set-up an appointment for their services, I had to leave them a voice message. But they were very late responding/calling me back, and I couldn't communicate clearly with them since the person could not speak English. So they never came and I want a refund please.

Couldn't have been happier!
Description of Work: We needed shrubs cut back and general landscaping issues resolved. Roberto and his crew understood what needed to be done and also had recommendations He and his crew worked very well together, getting the job (and more!) done quickly and best of all left my property cleaned up as if no one worked there. Very happy. Definitely will call again

Terrible!!!!
