They arrived on time and did what they agreed to do.

Completed work as advertised and was able to complete more for mutually agreed upon price.

I bought this 6 hour deal deal assuming two workers with power equipment could do the job in 3 hours. Maybe they'd go an hour or two over. The guy shows up with 8 workers and claims they'd need 3 hours to do the job, and they'd need over $1000 additional to do the job. I told them to go home because that's ridiculous. Their communication was awful as well. Never using them again.

They called to let me know they were running late. I consider the Tree to be medium size but vendor categorizes as large. Stated the cost would be $200.00 above the deal I purchased. I said no, we finally settle on $100.00 more They did an OK Job but I would not re-hire.

He argued about the size of the yard and refused to see even Town’s assessment about area. Took extea money

Extra square footage required a price negotiation. Work performed was well done. However, I did request a bid for lawn maintenance and season-ending lawn cleanup which they indicated they would send, but have yet to provide (6 weeks later).

No contact or response from Roberto’s. Extremely unprofessional. They took my money and have not scheduled service or otherwise contacted me despite making phone calls and sending emails. This is an utter waste of my time and now I need to fight to get my money back!? Terrible.

They arrived very early. They had no way to dispose of branches, so dragged them to the back of my property. I don't know what they would have done if that option didn't exist. They said they were unable to trim my overgrown bushes, because they didn't have the right equipment, but did a good job clearing out dead wood from a rhododendron and cutting low-hanging branches from a maple and an apple tree.

The job itself was great, Roberto and his team cut up that tree in no time. It was great talking with him and he had some recommendations on the yard in the future. I was not ready to purchase extra for a haul away. But I did have room in the back of the shed so I had him store all the wood pieces there until I figure out what to do with them.

They were terrible at responding to my request for a scheduled appointment. I paid them $$$, but never got them to my home to do the work!

Everything was done exactly the way I wanted it. If there was a communication problem, i was always given the benefit of the doubt. Overall, a very thorough job. I will be going back to them in the future.

They work hard and get it all done and made sure that everything was clear.

Roberto and his men came to do the works. Roberto was not very flexible with buying supplies to do the work and was not flexible to stay longer.

It was good. Roberto's Affordable Landscaping was responsive and came out quickly. I would hire them again.

First of all they did not have ladder and asked me to provide it. It was unpleasant to realize that they assume to do the work up to 16 feet high without ladders. Then their boss said by phone that it's too much work and if I want to do that work done with haul away I should pay extra $800. I said that just need those bushes make lower and said that they can trim top of bushes until paid time finished and if I needed I will decide if I want to have more work done and pay extra $65/hour as advertised. They talked to their boss again and refuse to do work since they don't have ladder. Unbelievable, trim trees and bushes without ladder?! My advice: If you want to try to get their "We cannot do this work" you can try to order their service.

I can't speak highly enough about how happy I am with the overall experience with Jose/Affordable Landscaping. Ultimately we opted to have the bulk of the backyard torn up and then put down loam, fertilizer and grass seed. The backyard looks better than it ever has in the fifteen years I've lived here. The work was done quickly and Jose happily came back to put some additional seed in areas that hadn't grown very well. Would recommend highly. Also, had two trees taken down and one pruned. I have known many landscapers through my work and also hired several over the years. Finding a trustworthy group is hard to find- as such planning on using Roberto's again next year for further work. Cost was not "cheap" but I think overall reasonable.

It went a lot faster than expected. I was a bit nervous at the beginning but quickly realized how professional they were. They came few days after my call because of the weather and did an amazing job. Now my garden looks great and I hired them to come back to do fall clean up. I recommend them for small and big jobs. It is nice to have respectful and hard worker people.

The work was fine. The cost was higher than expected.

Okay. They charged extra for the aeration machine (which was okay). Threw seed down - not a real solution since they blew off the lawn rather than raked it. None of the seed germinated.

Had some trouble connecting, but once we did they were here within a few days and did a great job. Appreciated them coming so far for a small job. Would recommend them.

They warned me that there was a height limit to how high they could work because they're not actually tree surgeons with that level of equipment. I told them to trim what they could and they managed to work above that limit and trim nearly everything I needed trimming. There were communication issues regarding road construction in my neighborhood and how to negotiate the detours to get to my house even though I warned about those in advance.

Quite well--Mr Roberto Juarez had a small but efficient crew of 3. They came, they did the work, they wasted no time at all, they left. If I need this kind of work done again, I would certainly call.

They called ahead to let us know they were going to be late, and that was good. They were only a half hour late. It was nice to get a phone call.
