Description of Work: Replaced a large window in a curved window frame

Description of Work: They lost my message seeking a quote to replace a broken window pane. After I followed up they set an appointment. They told me that they had lost my first message -- supposedly it was stuck to another document sitting on their counter. Larry, the owner, showed up at my house late. He looked at the job and said that he would give me a quote the following Monday. I called repeatedly over the next three weeks and nobody returned my calls. If he did not want the job, he should have said that. I would not have wasted time waiting for him to return my calls. It was unprofessional and offensive. I do not recommend him. I would rather see a more professional person get the business.

Description of Work: They cut a piece of glass that I already had that didn't fit into a new picture frame. They did it on the spot and were very helpful. The price was negligible.

Description of Work: They never followed up with us. Apparently our job of replacing a single window wasn't worth their while. I'm assuming they only want to work with people with big mansions and perhaps don't understand that this could have translated into more work in the future. I'd rather save my business for a company that treats me with respect.

Description of Work: If you have anything a bit complicated regarding a shower glass enclosure, do not use this company. They are fine for standard work but they do not apply common sense, professional expertise, or analysis to anything out of the ordinary. Beware!

Description of Work: This is our third job with Prime Glass and each has been very satisfactory. They have replaced a two-ply skylight in a very tricky location, a custom mirror on a sliding closet door, and most recently the glass top of a dining table. What's nice about their service is they don't just come close to doing the job right, their replacements are exact replicas of the original. They come when they say they will and install the replacement glass exactly in the time frame promised. They might be a tad pricey, but that's what it costs to have the job done properly, and if they are a bit expensive, it's perhaps a 5% premium over other quotes we received - all with caveats that the replacement may take a long time to fabricate, may not be the same, etc. Go with these guys - they'll make getting it right an absolute no-brainer.
