PRENDERGAST OIL

Description of Work: Figured out AC problem, replaced thermostat, cleaned air filters, and serviced the oil burner.

Description of Work: We used a Mass Saves HEAT loan to have Prendergast Oil install a new gas fired steam boiler and stainless steel hot water heating system in our 1932 cape. Tim and his crew we're prompt, professional, and courteous and helped balance our radiators to heat each room evenly in the absence of multiple zones. We usedOrendergast to service our oil furnace in our old house as well and have a service contract for our new systems. They're ood guys and we'd recommend them to others in our area .

Description of Work: Installation of ductless AC system. I had originally contacted them inquiring about another kind of AC system, but they pointed out all the pros and cons and alternatives to the system I had in mind. I eventually decided their recommendation made the most sense. They were very good about explaining how the system worked.

Description of Work: We have forced hot water heat with baseboard radiators and wanted to have central A/C installed. Got several estimates with wide ranges depending on the type of install. Tom came out right away. As he expected, it would be several weeks before he could start. Estimate was very reasonable compared to others for a similar installation. The guys who put it in were tremendous. Very nice, explained everything as they went along and verified were to put the ducts since they had to go through closets. They were ultra clean, covering everything. You would never know they were here other than the few things we had to put away. All in all, probably the best experience we've had involving this type of job at this amount of $$. Would bring them back in a second. Works just great so far. Had it installed a week ago.
