We highly recommended Joe from Precision Tiling. We recently did a major bathroom renovated and was looking for a stone and porcelain specialist that takes pride in the work they do. Joe was definitely this guy and his cost very reasonable. From the start of our project, Joe showed professionalism, expertise, customer service, and true passion for his business. Joe was always prompt, courteous and respectful to our family’s safety concerns during the height of Covid-19. He went out of his way to find materials that was hard to get. I was very happy with Precision Tiling! Joe did great work for a very reasonable price (by far the lowest quote we got) and in a timely fashion. He and an assistant retiled our shower and floor while doing some minor renovations to the bathroom (including raising the floor height around a heating vent). I have an oddly-shaped bathroom, and he was able to roll with it and showed a high level of knowledge and expertise, and a positive and straightforward approach to customers. We love the results and would work with him again in a heartbeat.

Joe is both a talented craftsman as well as a wonderful guy. Respectful, clean, and a great communicator, it was more than a pleasure to work with him in my home. Onyx performed a spectacular major counter top installation for us. They removed the existing large counter top, leveled the cabinets and installed a new counter top all in one day. This job required great skill and proved they could excel in any counter top project. They arrive on time, work consistently and leaves the area spotless. Their cost was very reasonable. Onyx would be my first choice in any counter top project I would face in the future and I will recommend them to my neighbors.

He did a fantastic job! The shower looks amazing. He did a diamond pattern on the ceiling which really looks great. He is trustworthy, reasonably priced, and really pays attention to detail. I would highly recommend him and plan to hire him again when we replace the floor in a second bathroom.

This was not an easy project, since the grout in place was very hard, and heavily stained. Joe did an excellent job by replacing the stained sections, and also by re-caulking with an excellent match the entire area. The result was truly amazing, far exceeding my expectations: the shower area looks as if it was completely remodeled. In fact I was earlier for such a total remodeling, but thankfully I was convinced by my wife to try Joe instead. This decision saved us lots of money, since our earlier quotes for the remodeling by other vendors were in the $1500 range; Joe managed to do an excellent job for a quarter of the price. Finally, Joe is a perfect gentlemen, and interacting with him was a real pleasure. He was punctual, responsive to suggestions, and always respectful and polite. Highly recommended!

I have worked with Joe off and on over the past 5 years on several bathroom and one or two kitchen remodels. Joe's strengths lie in planning ahead and trouble shooting potential tiling challenges before the work begins. His work certainly fulfills the promise of precision and my customers are very happy with his work. As a general contractor, when Joe does great work, he makes me look good too. I anticipate working with Joe on a challenging upcoming Bathroom Remodel. Regarding my grading, I have marked A in all categories except pricing as a B. This is because I am paying more to hire Joe that I have to other tile professionals. Having said that, I intend to continue to do so as the quality of his work is higher.

Great. Just be sure to line him up in advance since he’s busy. We needed to completely re-tile à shower. He was also able to recommend another worker to rebuild the base of the shower that had rotted out. I’m sure his work will last. And that’s the main point since we may never sell this old house!

Joseph and his team did a terrific job! They were professional, paid close attention to detail, and hard-working at all times. They kept me updated each day as to the progress. Joseph did a fabulous job laying out the tile and did a very lovely design on the ceiling. I would highly recommend Precision Tile and will hire them back for work on another bathroom.

Joe and Marcus were fantastic on all fronts. Both of them were personable and professional. I immediately liked them. The work was done in a day and a quarter and looks beautiful. Joe was extremely busy but I never felt like I was less of a priority for him even though our job was small. His pricing was the most competitive and fair that I quoted and the total experience was amazing. I would recommend he and Marcus to friends and family.

Joe didn't respond to me when I first send him a message and I figured he wasn't interested. But then he contacted me and came out in the next day or two. We scheduled a date for the work and he was on time. When he first took things apart he said that he wanted to get a carpenter friend to look at the situation; the carpenter never responded and it was a long holiday weekend. Joe showed up right after that and finished the work to our satisfaction.

This was not a large job. Often contractors do not take much time with the smaller jobs, but Joe was very helpful and took the time to review different options. I really appreciate that and I look forward to working with Precision Tiling again in the future for larger bathroom projects, remodels.

The project went well. Joseph started on the date he committed to and finished close to when he said. He was willing to work with the random tile pattern and was knowledgeable.

We needed to finish the job quickly. He met our time schedule working around a late delivery of tile for one of the bathrooms from our vendor. Quality of the work was excellent.

Joe was incredibly through and took a lot of pride in his work. Any time a concern came up while he was working of existing conditions and its affect on the tile, he took the time to tell me how he was going to work around it. He was a pleasure to work with and would recommend him for any tile job people are considering.

The difference after Joe was done was really nothing short of a miracle. He took tremendous care with details, giving good advice (for instance, to buy a different inset tile with the same profile as our subway tile for a more seamless look), and even referred us to a plumber to install the shower pan. The result is beautiful. And Joe and Shawn were wonderful to work with - Joe was responsive, prompt, detail-oriented and clearly cared about his work. And the result shows it. We really appreciated their approach to a challenging job, and both of them as people. It was a refreshing change from some of the things we'd been through with our house lately.

Joe did an excellent job. I'm quite particular and he laid out the tile perfectly to align with the window opening and corners. It looks great. He is both friendly and professional, and clearly takes pride in his work.

From our first phone conversations with Joe, everything went extremely well. He was able to look at the job quickly and turned around an estimate within a few days. His estimate included the square footage of tile we would need in total. As we planned the design and layout of the tiles, we decided on having three different tiles on the walls. So we asked him to come out a second time to help estimate the amounts of the different tiles we were going to use. He came out and measured the areas and based on the layout we selected and gave us the amounts which we would need to order. We asked that he schedule the job during a particular week we would be home and he was able to schedule us for that time. He was prompt in every appointment and on every day the work was performed. He provided us a detailed estimate, answered all of our questions, and communicated well throughout the process. He and Shawn arrived on the first day exactly at the time they said they would. Within two hours had removed all the existing tile and hauled it off to their truck. Joe had originally estimated that all backer board would need to be replaced but the tiles came off clean and he was able to reuse them and provided a credit on his proposal. They taped all joints and sealed them, skim coated the tub surround and waterproofed it. They installed the tiles in the design we selected. He also grouted and caulked the area with matching color caulk and the results were fantastic. We had provided mockups of the layout and he was happy to use them. When we had to change to layout to accommodate the height of the vanity again there were no problems. He was great during the whole process and the cost of the job was very reasonable given the amount of work performed.

They identified and corrected problems with the concrete floor left by a previous contractor. Their workmanship was of the highest level, with all problem areas handled beautifully. They were punctual, neat, and communicated well.

First let me just sum it up: Joe is AWESOME! Back story: I built my own addition a few years ago and part of it is going to be a huge master bathroom. I maybe went a little overboard when I designed the shower, which is quite large, utilizes natural light, insets, stone, tile, lots of valves and shower heads. I have done a bit of tile work in my life, but this seemed like a job for a professional. I got three quotes and Precision Tile (I'll just call him Joe, he's the man) was the lowest. But based on the comments here, I felt comfortable hiring him. Joe came right out to do the estimate and he is super friendly and polite. His estimate took about a week to prepare because he was working on another job and he's a small operation with just him and one or two assistants on a job, not a big company. We agreed on when he would start. Joe and his two assistants showed up right on time, set up blankets to protect the floor and worked diligently to keep the mess down. The job turned out to be a little more complicated than he expected so we had to "re-negotiate" a little bit at the end, but he ended up working on the project for 7 days instead of 4 and I would not have felt right trying to make him stick with the initial estimate. The results are worth every penny! Joe is a consummate professional and very particular about getting everything just right. He didn't rush to finish--he took his time and did an absolutely exquisite job. I can proudly say that in spite of all the fancy bathrooms I've seen in my life, this new shower is the most beautiful shower I have ever seen!
